★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理会社だと思うのだが、管理している物件の大家さんに連絡が取れないとのこと。
賃貸の物件でインターネットを引きたいので、大家に了承を取ろうとしたら、大家の電話番号は教えてもらえず、管理会社が連絡するとのこと。
何度か話したり電話したりしたが１ヶ月ほど経っても音沙汰もない。
なぜ遅れているかの連絡もない。いわゆる報告連絡相談の何一つない。そもそも遅れているという意識すらないといった感じ。一度遅れてる旨を伝えたら営業のマネージャーの方が出てきてくれて、自分の名前だしてくれたらしっかりやります！みたいな感じだったが、普通に嘘だった。
回線工事の委託の会社が何度も謝ってきてくれるが(謝る内容は管理会社さんからの返答待ちとのこと)、正直、管理会社のせいだし、管理会社はなにも言わないし、はっきりいって最低レベル。
クレームをいれたくても入れる窓口もないので、ここで長々と愚痴らせていただきました。
間取りなどで物件とは決めるものだと思っていたが、こんなところに落とし穴があるなんて思いませんでした。管理(できてない)会社ですね笑

Even if I wanted to make a complaint, there was no window to enter it, so I made a long complaint here.
I thought that the property was decided by the floor plan, but I didn't think there was a pitfall in such a place. It's a management (not possible) company lol

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 管理会社なのに管理の仕事してくれません。他の不動産なら間に入って話をするようなことでも面倒なことは『相手に直接電話して下さい』と丸投げしてきます。契約後に他の管理会社に連絡先教えてもいいかと言われ、何に使うのかと使用理由と聞くと半ギレで連絡してくるし、しかもそれもはっきりしない答えで何だかな…と思ってましたが…。
何か起こった時に信用できない管理会社だと思ってます。大家さんに管理会社変更して欲しいと毎度思います。

他にもこちらは素人なので相談をしたのに、すごく態度が悪く、そんなことはできませんよと嘲笑うように言われました。

きっといたずら評価でこんなに低評価なんだろう。たくさん支店のある会社だし大丈夫だろうなんて甘い考えは捨ててください。使えば低評価の理由を体感できますがお勧めしません。

まずは担当者に携帯電話を持たせるところからですかね。連絡がつかないのは問題外です。
