★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11/3に店舗に出向き、希望条件の物件を相談。希望の物件は叶わず、帰宅後にメールで複数の物件を伝えれば、何件でも調べるとの回答。どこの物件でも問題ないと。
で、帰宅後にすぐにメールで7件の希望物件を送付。いつ回答が来るのか待ってたものの、翌日、翌々日になっても、返事すら来ない（例えば少々お待ちください的な、メール受諾の返答すら無い）
そして全く返答もないまま、本日11/14日。実に10日間も経過してるが、一切返答も無ければ謝罪もない。
こちらからのメールが、エラーや迷惑メール扱いになってる事もあり得ない。何故なら店舗で、こちらのメアドを伝え、先方がパソコンに登録してるから。しかもスペルミス無いかも目視で何度か確認もしてるし。
戸塚さん、いくら忙しいからって、この対応は酷すぎます。
私はこの半年、この地域の物件を探して他の不動産屋さんも10件近くまわってますが、こんな酷い対応は初めてです。二度と利用しません！不愉快極まりない！！

And today 11/14 without any reply. It's been 10 days, but I haven't received any response or apologized.
It is unlikely that the email from here will be treated as an error or junk email. Because at the store, I tell you this email address and the other party has registered it on my computer. Moreover, I also visually check several times to see if there are any misspellings.
Mr. Totsuka, no matter how busy you are, this response is too terrible.
I've been looking for properties in this area for the past six months, and I've been to nearly 10 other real estate agents, but this is the first time I've had such a terrible response. I will never use it again! Extremely unpleasant! !!

社員の情報量があまりにも乏しすぎる。
武蔵小杉店から徒歩１０分圏内の再開発の情報さえ知らないようでした。『賃貸の仲介専門なので再開発のことは知らなかったです。』と言い訳....。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こちらで物件を契約しましたが、基本、連絡をお願いしても連絡してこない、何度か催促してやっと連絡してくる対応でした。
契約時とその後の態度が全く違います。
大家さんもハウスコムさんは事務処理とかやってくれないから…と呆れてました。
契約さえとれればいいという方針なのかなと思います。もう二度と関わりたくないです。

南野さんに担当していただきましたが、とても親切な方でした！条件などかなりわがままを言ったにも関わらず、複数回に渡る内見や、多くのメールのやり取りをしていただき、最終的にとても良い物件を見つけてくださいました。初期費用などもなるべく抑えてくださいました。おかげさまで楽しい新生活を送れそうです！本当にありがとうございました！

希望に寄り添うでなく、面倒くさくなったのか探し方も雑に感じました。
前週は他社の不動産屋に行きましたが、比べるのも申し訳ないくらい今回最悪でした。
決まった後の対応も、メール返信遅く直接管理会社と手続き進んでいるのに話が進んでいないと言われたり不信に思うのと共に今すぐ物件取り消したいぐらい呆れました。
おすすめしないです。

すぐに成約する(物件が見つかる)方には良いのかもしれません。
これから訪問を考えている方は、ハウスコムについて、口コミやネットで書かれている情報をご自分の目で確認してからをおすすめします。Googleの星の数だけでは決めない方が良さそうです。
他の不動産仲介店とは異なり、真摯には向き合ってくれない様に感じました。残念です。

色んな不動産屋に行きましたが、ダントツで最低最悪。
こんなに怒りで身体が震えたのは生まれて初めて。
せっかくのフリーレントをこちらの不動産屋に台無しにされた。
部屋の明け渡しから２日経っても鍵が手元に来ない。
どこに行ったか。こちらの店舗に置きっぱなし。
あれ？3日前に郵送したんじゃ無かったの？ずっと自宅で待ってたんですけど。
こちらから連絡しなかったらずーーーーーーーーーっと店舗に鍵は置いたまま。
郵送したんじゃなかったの？家賃は？この間の家賃はどうなるの？その都度、都内からわざわざやって来た交通費はどうなるの？
初期費用も計算ミスで多めに請求されたし。
恐らく仲介手数料さえもらえれば、部屋探しをしている人の気持ちなんてどうでもいいんだろう。
ネット回線やら電気やらウォーターサーバーやら将来設計のプランナーやらに連絡先を漏らされて、知らない業者からバンバン電話がかかってきます。
で、訳の分からない3年契約縛り、部屋は2年契約なので途中解約違約金発生の契約をさせられる。
本当にここに関わって良い事、なーーーーーにひとつない。
星なんてひとつもつけたくない。
これだけの事をされて何が「今後ともハウスコムをよろしくお願い申し上げます」なんだろうか。何が今後だよ。客を馬鹿にし過ぎ。2度と使うわけないやん。
もう絶対利用しない。友人にも勧めない。最低最悪。
