P	PANE NORI on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 食事がとても美味しかったです。ただ日曜日だったのでたくさんの方がこられていて夕飯の時など手が足りてないのかな？と感じました。お風呂は湯元館の温泉が別料金で利用出来たので入りました。サウナや展望風呂もありお湯もしっとりして大満足でした。また機会があれば泊まりたいです。 The food was very good. It was just Sunday, so a lot of people came and I wonder if there aren't enough hands for dinner. I felt that. I took a bath because the hot springs in Yumotokan were available for an extra charge. There was also a sauna and an observation bath, and the hot water was moist and I was very satisfied. I would like to stay again if I have the opportunity.
ス	スマイルメイカーはなちゃん on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 今回、お風呂がメンテナンス中という事で、隣の湯元館の浴場を使用できました。通常は、700円いただくとのこと。感動したのは、11階の露天風呂。シンガポールのマリーナベイサンズホテルの最上階プールを思い出しました。琵琶湖一望出来、空とも近く、大満足でございました。ありがとうございました。 This time, the bath was under maintenance, so I was able to use the bathhouse in the adjacent Yumotokan. Usually, you will be charged 700 yen. What impressed me was the open-air bath on the 11th floor. I remembered the pool on the top floor of the Marina Bay Sands Hotel in Singapore. I was very satisfied with the panoramic view of Lake Biwa and the proximity to the sky. Thank you very much.

N	Na M on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best onsen experience ever. I seriously expected it to be a little shady considering it was a lot cheaper than the Yumotokan. However, the room was really clean and modern. And the dinner was so amazing! It was so delicious and I would not have minded paying even more for high quality food like we had. The shuttle service was really amazing as well. Please please pay 600 extra yen to go to the Yumotokan onsen. You will not regret it.

We lucked out, catching the shuttle from the train station to Yumotokan, the sister onsen next door you can pay a small fee to use, even offering a private bath we absolutely loved. The dinners were amazing and the meat we got was almost better than the super expensive wagyu I paid for earlier in the trip. This is a wonderful location to relax. Thank you for a beautiful stay!
T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's a bit dated hotel in the Ogoto onsen station area. At the station, it's easy to make a call to get the hotel shuttle. The hotel is actually behind the Yumotokan which made Komorebi looked like attached to it. Of course the price of Komorebi is more reasonable for its full board. Our room had a bit of the lake view. The onsen was a bit small while not too ***y people enjoyed it. The hotel showed a video showing the facilities & service in Chinese. Meals were all set and one can pay extra for the famous Omi beef.
W	WS, J Chang on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The room was great, the hot spring in 湯元館 was amazing and really worth trying, the food including dinner and breakfast was okay. The only defect was it was really hard to communicate with the front desk; there’s a serious language barrier. Also for some reasons the lady that helped us check in only provided the complimentary ticket or service if asked and she seemed to be pretty sick that she kept sneezing without mask on. All in all, I would recommend the stay.
