T	Trip.com Member on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We would go back again next time. The buffet in the hotel was lovely. Desk was great for doing work. Plenty of dining options to choose from. We simply loved the hot springs. The dinner course is massive. I wrote a letter to the ***agement to compliment all the workers.
A	Adam on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staff were accommodating and their shuttle bus service from Ogoto-onsen station is very convenient as the hotel is located in the mountains. Private onsen was really relaxing after a long day and beds were comfortable too. There is also a public onsen for those who are willing to try it. Breakfast and dinner are provided and has a wide variety of dishes. Quite expensive but worth it for the experience.
K	Kristina Le on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was where we stayed our first night in Japan. Amazing staff and beautiful room. Futons were comfortable and the outdoor bath and onsen was a fun experience. Staff spoke some English, taught us how to wear yukata and wrote the kanji for male and female for us so we didn't go in the wrong onsen. Beef steak dinner was quite good, but we enjoyed the grilled fish breakfast more. Definitely worth a 1 day stay for the experience if nothing else.
L	Lok L on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ worth the money for the stay...delicious food with amazing views from the room...I enjoyed the outdoor hotspring with the sunset/sunrise view there are two bedrooms. one in western style with normal beds while the other is in Japanese style with beds in TaTaMi Breakfast and dinner are not served in the room, you need to go downstairs to the restaurant for it. you will have the meal in your own room which gave you a very high privacy

Room was huge. Breakfast was more simple and nicer proportion. Check in was very quick for us. Our experience at the hotel was top notch.

View from the room and private onsen was very stunning. They provide free pick-up service from Ogoto Onsen station. The driver was friendly, he even told us the name of mountains in English. Great experience and will definitely come again.

It was great to change the pace of busy Osaka daily life with a more secluded, nature-filled scenery. A bit of lackluster breakfast which takes 1 star off, but I've never been into traditional Japanese food much so I'm biased :)
