鍋用の一式と共に、隅の火鉢が置かれ、皮などをタレにつけたあと焼いて食べられます。
河豚の身をたれにつけて唐揚げにしてもらうこともできてこれが絶品です。
鍋のあとの雑炊は白いご飯に卵とじの出汁を掛けて食べるスタイルです。
高級店のような堅さもなく、お店のかたも気さくで本当に美味しいお店です。
This is a restaurant where you can enjoy river pork dishes.
With a set of pots, a brazier in the corner is placed, and you can eat it after baking the skin and other sauce.
You can even put the pork on the sauce and have it fried.
The porridge after the pot is a style of eating white rice with the soup stock of egg bounds.
