They have an English menu available, which is always good for foreigners that don't speak Japanese.
I'd recommend it!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great Katsudon, and very friendly staff. Interestingly noteworthy; their marbles-and-pottery-themed toilet was unique. The prices of the dishes were low and the Katsudon was delicious. Would go again and highly recommended. Also the location is great close to the imperial palace, Kamogawa river and Teramachi street. Super friendly staff. And free big portion rice upgrades.
