Adachi on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 銅で覆われた扉、キリッとした内装はなかなかにマニッシュで、男気溢れる江戸前な鮨屋という風情です。けれど、優しいご主人が握ってくれるお寿司は、優しさに溢れています。ふわっと握ったご飯に繊細な魚。そして前菜や途中挟まれるお料理も実に上品。それもそのはず、一度は和食を修行なさったものの、途中から江戸前鮨に路線変更、そして故郷の京都に戻って開かれたお店なのだそうです。お寿司はテンポよく出て来ますが、ゆっくりお酒を飲みながら楽しみたい大人向けのお店です。 The doors covered with copper and the crisp interior are quite manish, and the atmosphere is that of an edgy sushi restaurant full of manliness. There are 7 seats only (!), the chef prepares the dishes in front of the guests on the other side of counter. You'll be served with a choice of different type sushi, served one piece at a time. That creates moments rather than dishes. They have a choice of very tasty sake and draught beer. Visiting this place was a culinary experience for me. (Do not expect big volume...) ?
