★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Slightly more expensive vs competition (HUB pub remains my favourite). No cover charge and does 300¥ beers but that's for a small one, medium beer is 650¥. We only went for an afternoon drink but it looked like it would be lively at night. On the plus side it does sports and shisha.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is overtly crowded, noisy and drinks are actually pretty expensive compared to other bars on that same street. Especially on a friday or saturday night. Has the same atmosphere as a club since there's blasting music and you can barely hear the conversation. Cap on the hookah pen was missing and overall terrible customer service. Had an issue and had some guy that was running it tell me to shut up to my face. Definitely not how a paying customer should be treated. It's a scam for foreigners definitely but you can easily find better places around.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cash only bar at the front of the first floor. Decent beer selection. Have a few drinkable whiskeys, but vodka was just Smirnoff or some house pour. Play good music. Good crowd on a Thursday night with equal mix of Japanese and foreigners. Adequate seating options.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Best bar in Kyoto to get a good mixture of Japanese and foreigners! NO COVER.. Reasonably priced drinks and they don’t close til 5!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice crowded pub, in Kyoto. Its in the centre of Kiyamachi and since this week there is another one on the other side of the river.
The prices are high-average. The also offer shisha, which is usually quite good and j would recommend it.
The loudspeakers are really good, the have great loud sound for party.
If your looking for foreigners and rednecks, its the place to be. At weekend it's full of people and party
