★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Nice place for a quick bite. Not many vegetarian options but some and even 4 or 5 options for vegans. Loved the green tea, not sure if it was Macha, but i bought some. :)
Toilets on the second floor. You can order or take from the belt, they have desserts and the prices are very low.

Sushi is good and very cheap, surprising considering the area.
Not very foreign-friendly: they don't speak English, and the menu can be translated in English but you'll have to discover how (:P). Anyway, everything is easy to figure out even if you don't speak Japanese.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I love this concept. You can order the pieces you don’t see on the conveyor belt with the screen on top and it notifies you when it comes out on a propped up dish. Fish is pretty fresh but quality is exactly what you pay for, 100 Yen per dish!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Wow. I love this restaurant. I returned the next day after my first visit. The sushi is so good and the price is insanely cheap. I love the way they present the food with the conveyer belt style. Can't wait to go there again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Conveyor belt sushi + can order custom sushi off the computer screen which will come on the same belt and notify you when it's about to go by you. I think this place deserves more than 3.4/5. Sure the sushi isn't super amazing fresh by Kyoto standards (which is still really fresh for most of us) but man the price is crazy low. Me and my wife ate for about $15 total. Plus there is a wide range of sushi I've never seen before such as cured ham sushi and hamburger sushi. Sure they are silly but what the heck right? Long story short, don't come here if your a sushi critic but for the average Traveller looking for a really decent meal with a bit of fun, this place is unbeatable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I went to Kappa Sushi last week. It was my first time. The price is so cheap if we comparing with another sushi resto downtown of Kyoto, but not so tasty for me. Still ok, btw. They serve so many kind of dessert especially during Summer. I love mango cake! The good point of this place is... Next to new Don Quijote in Kawaramachi. So it's easy to get there. I came with my friends (in total 9 person), they still provide us the seat ?

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Everybody is really really nice and informative???☺️? even though I'm still a bit confused, I thought this was a renewed version of the place that I went seven years ago, and that I never thought I was going to be back (till today that I had the opportunity and I really really really wanted to go back ???),well I didn't want to go back because I was still ashamed....it's a bit difficult for me to finish all the rice?? that comes in the sushi, even though I love ?sushi?☺️???? THANK YOU FOR EVERYTHING GUYS, LOVED IT!
