D	David Richards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ KKR Hotel Osaka is located wonderfully near the JR loop and just next to Osakajo. It's a short walk to tge downtown area with shops and restaurants. The hotel is of great quality, maintained well and kept very clean. My room faced Osakajo, was just a bit tight, but still roomy enough to move around comfortably. The bathroom featured a shower/tub combo and a toilet with a bidet. Overall, I would definitely return to this hotel. It was well worth the cost.
Y	Yoo Gyoung Kim on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ pro: stayed at this hotel for a conference. it is located in front of the osaka castle so you have a great view and is close to the stations. room and bathroom was clean. con: the bed sheets smelled a bit and had stains on it and i had a bad experience at the front desk. when i requested an employee at the front desk for my luggage to get something, i could hear her complaining as she waa getting my things and she was very rude throughout.
C	Chris on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lobby is nice and clean, and the staff is nice. There does seem to be a lack of staff though, and rooms are pretty small and "retro". Depending on which room you've booked you may have an amazing view to Osaka Castle!
S	Sjaak Mintjens on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just checked in early because cleaning on the room had finished. (Early checkins are not common in Japan) The interior decoration is very nice. Warm but modern. Wifi seems to be good so far. And I entered the room and saw the castle, which is just amazing.

Its restaurant on the 12/F floor offered reasonably priced dinner set, at which you can enjoy the lighting up of the Castle and its surrounding gardens, just amazing. The price we booked also included breakfast and a shuttle service to the near-by subway stations. We will go back to this hotel when we next visit Osaka.,"Room was good"
K	Kimberly Desch on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Was greeted kindly. Great English speaker. We had paid through booking.com and had to pay an extra $30 to get a castle view. In the past we were usually upgraded without asking for free. Not to be expected, but it's always nice to have that level of customer service. Seems to be an older hotel that has been renovated. Rooms are nice, the bathroom is okay, maybe not as fancy as some other Japanese bathrooms. We had to park a little bit down the street. But we do have our own parking spot. No convince store super close, but not a terrible inconvenience. The view of the castle is beautiful. Room is clean.
