S	Shin Yoshida on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ なにげにラーメン激戦区な日吉にあるとんこつラーメンです。初めて行きましたが、豚骨よりも魚介の香りが前に出ているような気がします。スープもさっぱりした感じで刻みタマネギもトッピングされているので、とてもスッキリした感じですね。麺はよくある博多豚骨よりも気持ち太めなだと思います。チャーシューは少し香ばしい感じで、このままつまみにしたいぐらい。ご飯無料に気が付かずに、替え玉を頼んでしまいましたが…おなかすいてるときなら替え玉＋ご飯でも全然平気かな？替え玉には角切りのチャーシュートッピングしてもらえます。 It is a tonkotsu ramen in Hiyoshi, which is a fierce battleground for ramen. 4	46号 KUMA on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10席カウンターだけの店。食券制。豚骨しょうゆラーメン650円、硬さと濃さはデフォルトにしました。細ストレート麺、スープは豚骨しょうゆ+魚介系で完飲出来る程度です。チャーシュー1枚、のり1枚、刻みキクラゲ+刻み玉ねぎ入。麺は少なめだったのですが、ライスが無料(食べ放題)だったので、替え玉(100円)は頼まず、ライスお代わりで済ませました。この店の辛子高菜が絶妙でお代わりの無限ループにはまりそうです。トータルバランスとコスパを総合すると☆4ですね。日吉立ち寄る時はまた利用したいです。 A store with only a 10-seat counter. Quick service. Be sure to order the one with extra meat (チャシュー) - great smoke flavor paired with rich soup and medium-hard (かため) noodle.

The kaedama comes with onions amd a few chunks of meat so it's great. I would highly recommend it to those that like a broth full of umami and are fans of thin noodles!
