美	美恵子黒崎 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 鬼そばと言う名前に引かれて入りました。鬼そば定食とざるそばと玉子丼を注文奥様は笑顔で感じが良かったけど若い店員さんは最後のお茶を飲み終わらないのに、食器を下げに来ました。ちょっと感じが悪いですね。そばは黒く太麺で大きな盃のような器でおもしろく頂きました。味はちょっと塩辛く感じました。 I was drawn by the name of Oni Soba. ま	まあした on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 175号線、大江町の中心部にあります。駐車場に数台停めれるようです、店内は広めでテーブル席がいくつかあります。福知山ご当地のグッズが多くあって、待ち時間に見るのも楽しいと思います。鬼そば定食を注文。鬼そばは、お相撲さんが日本酒を飲むような盃に山菜などと一緒に黒いそばが乗っていました。ご飯は甘くて美味しかったです、小鉢も家庭的でヘルシーな感じでした。そばは山椒のような薬味の風味がありましたが辛くありませんでした、お出汁も山菜もよく合っていて美味しかったです。価格は950円で割とお手頃かと思います、そばだけだとやや少ない気がするので、個人的にはセットをお勧めします。食材や、お蕎麦の持ち帰り販売もされているようでした。 It is located in the center of Oe Town on Route 175. Oni soba had black soba on a sake cup like sumo wrestlers drinking sake with wild plants. The rice was sweet and delicious, and the small bowl was homely and healthy. The soba had a condiment-like flavor like Japanese pepper, but it wasn't spicy. The soup stock and edible wild plants went well together and it was delicious. I think the price is relatively reasonable at 950 yen, but I feel that it is a little less if it is only soba, so I personally recommend the set. It seemed that ingredients and soba were also sold for take-out.

The soba was very good, with a darker color noodle and natural taste. It comes in an oversized bowl and I ordered it hot so the soba was floating in the juice. The price was fair, but as I didn't order a set meal (just the soba), I was still hungry when I finished eating. The only reason for the two star review (and I contemplated giving it a 1) was that the restaurant allows smoking, and there were people smoking inside (the table behind me) when I was eating. It put me off my appetite and partly ruined the taste of the food. There are many restaurants in Japan that allow smoking still (and some like this one that don't even separate smoking and non-smoking), and though I generally like to leave positive reviews, its hard to enjoy my meal when I am overpowered by the smell of cigarettes.
