麺は柔めな茹で加減でした。
具材は豚肉、キャベツ、モヤシ、人参、玉葱、ニラ、キクラゲで構成。
オーソドックスなラインナップです。
豚肉は出し殻の様でジューシーさが無かったです。
野菜はシャッキリな仕上がりで食感が良い。
スープはほんのりと辛味を感じる塩味。
化調も補填して旨味は十分感じられた。
ボトルに入った激辛ソースで味変が出来ますが入れ過ぎると・・・
接客は丁寧な感じでした。
ご馳走様でした。
