背脂入りのスープに豚、タマネギ、ワカメときくらげ。 あんまり他で見ないユニークなラーメン。一応ラーメンショップ系なんだろうか? 味の調整やトッピングまで全て入口の券売機で済ませ、厨房に注文が飛ぶタイプ。 楽で良いんだけどお昼時は結構並ぶ様なので(券売機一台しかないし)ある程度あらかじめ決めておかないと焦るかも知れない。 デフォで結構塩気が強いので、薄味好きな人は味薄めオーダーもありかな。 私は初めてだったのと、お昼のサービスライスが付いたので全部普通で頂きました。 普段はラーメンにワカメ入ってるのって好きじゃないんですが、このスープには合ってて美味しかった。 立地が第一京浜と海岸通りの間にある地味な通り沿いで、やたらと見つけにくい割に結構混んでました。あんま他で食べられないタイプのラーメンなのでリピーター多いんだろうな。 たまたま見つけて入れたのでなんだか妙な満足感あり。ごちそうさま。

By default, it is quite salty, so if you like light taste, there may be a light taste order. It was my first time and I had lunch service rice so it was all normal. I don't usually like ramen with wakame, but it went well with this soup and was delicious. The location is along a sober street between Daiichi Keihin and Kaigan-dori, and it was quite crowded even though it was hard to find. It's a type of ramen that can't be eaten anywhere else, so I think there are many repeaters. I happened to find it and put it in, so I felt a strange sense of satisfaction. Feast.

親子三代で育てて来たラーメン屋だそうです。 まだまだ町中華しか無かった様な時代(1970年代前半)から…先陣を切って覚悟を決めて、ラーメン専門店をやって来たという事だけで十分味わい深いと思います。 (この時代自分は小学生でしたが、ラーメンだけ専門というと、屋台で来る夜鳴きそばラーメンでしたからね) 勿論、進化した現在のラーメン業界の中に有って「昔はもっと旨かった」とか「今となってはライトな家系」とかいう意見も有る様ですが… そりゃ40年も経てば新興勢力の追従者は沢山出てきて、味をマネて寄せて来たり、あの手この手で新しい味を研究して出して来たりしますからね。お客の舌も肥えて来てますし。 それでも、まだこうして生き残っている訳で… 素晴らしいんじゃないでしょうかね。 因みに今は創業者のお孫さんがどこかの店舗の店長さんをやっているみたいですよ。(本店の方かな?) 尚、ここ品川のお店の近くに、創業者の方が40年前ぐらいに最初に出店していた様ですね。 東京豚骨醤油ラーメンです。ラーメン830円でした。 キクラゲ好きなので嬉しいです。 大き目の玉ねぎの細切れも食感が有って好きですね。 因みに平日のみランチタイム(AM11時~PM15時)はライス無料か麺大盛り無料を選択できます。 あ〜それと チャーシュー麺にしなくても普通のラーメンでチャーシューの量は十分に有りましたね。 (普段チャーシュー麺ばかり頼む自分が言うので間違い無いと思います) よっぽどチャーシュー命の方はチャーシュー麺にしたらいかがですか。 早い時間じゃないとチャーシュー麺は売り切れ必至の様ですが。 (朝8時開店というのがユニークですね) 全体的には、今の時代に有ってもまだまだ全然いけてると思いますが、自分的には。

平日1230頃、待ち三名。 食券を渡して番号呼ばれたら取りに行く立ち食い蕎麦スタイル。 特製ラーメン1060円。並盛からランチタイムサービスで大盛りかご飯に変更できます。私は大盛りにしました。 家系に分類されるのでしょうか。 麺固めそれ以外普通。 家系だと味濃いめにすることが多いのですが、口コミでデフォルトで濃いとあったので普通にしました。 全体的にバランス良く、チャーシューもほろほろで美味しい。 特製は卵、メンマ、海苔、キクラゲ、わかめあたりがおおくなってるのでしょうか。 チャーシュー美味しいのでチャーシュー麺にしても良いかと思いました。ほうれん草もあると良いですね。 近くに来たらまた寄りたいお店です。

新馬場駅のオリジナルのイレブンフーズに何回か行ったのは、もう20年とか前のことなので記憶も定かではありません。ただ、しょっぱさの中にももうちょっと出汁が効いていたような気がしてます。自ら会計するシステムもですし、洗濯機の中から出てくるきくらげとか衝撃的でした(笑)。 そしてこちらの源流南品川店さん、お昼時ともなると周囲の方々で混雑はしますが回転はとてもスムーズですのでそこまで待つことは無いと思います。チャーシュー麺はお昼過ぎには売り切れになっていること多いようなのでご注意ください!
I've been to the original Eleven Foods at Shimbamba Station several times about 20 years ago, so I'm not sure what I remember. However, I feel that the soup stock was a little more effective in the saltiness. There is also a self-accounting system, and the wood ear that comes out of the washing machine was shocking (laughs).
