スープが若干ぬるいので…
食べやすくして席の回転速めてるのかな〜

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔の味。懐かしい。ネギ味噌ラーメンは辛くないので、テーブルにある豆板醤入れてちょうど良い。麺は細麺。車は向かいのパーキングへ。400円ぐらい。
Old taste. Nostalgic. The green onion miso ramen is not spicy, so it's just right to put the doubanjiang on the table. The noodles are thin noodles. The car goes to the parking lot opposite. About 400 yen.

僕この椿系ラーメンが、新潟で出会ってから恋をして依頼、結構好きで色々と系列さんに行かせてもらってます。
こちらのお店は普段いただくスタンダードな味わいで美味しいですね。
良い意味で普通のラーメンショップ。期待通りの味わいです。
さすが、ベテランさんの仕事を感じます。
なぜか店内がプロ野球チームの日ハム推しですので、ファンの方は尚更どうぞ。
