★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don't dismiss this small laundromat, as it's got good, useful machines that allows you to use your own detergent rather than preloaded like a nearby, newer place. I'm allergic to most artificial scents, so this was the deciding factor for me.
This older, small laundromat has:
> three 8kg dryers (¥100/10 minutes) one of which is gas powered
> three 7 kg washers (¥300 per wash)
> three 5 kg washer (¥200 per wash)
> one 4.5 kg washer (¥200 per wash)
All washers have a 30 seconds tub rinse setting where you close the lid on the empty washer, deposit the correct amount, then push the shower head icon button to rinse, then spin drain the tub before you open it to put in your detergent and laundry. *Cold water will begin to fill as soon as the tub rinse is done.
The 7 kg washer I used appears to have a smart sensor that will fill and agitate to even out the load as needed while it fills with cold water (no water temperature options).
