★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 国道沿いの店、うっかりすると見過ごしてしまいそうなたたずまいですが、中は明るく清潔感があります。
今回はこってりあわせ醤油を頂きました。
魚の出汁がとても効いていてとても奥深い味でした。
チャーシューはホロホロ柔らかい豚肉とジューシーな鳥チャーシュー。
組み合わせでいろいろな味付けがあるようです。
再訪必須です。

ラーメンは、鳥と豚の二種類の肉厚チャーシューが乗っています。これだけでお腹いっぱいになりそう。
スープも香りよくとても美味しい。
カルボ麺は極太麺で、茹でるのに少し時間がかかります。チーズもたくさん入っていて、よくよくまぜてから食べることをお勧めします。
塩ラーメンも食べたことありますが、こちらもあっさり、でもすごく味わいがあって、美味しいです。
こだわりのラーメン屋！というより、自分の気分にあわせて自由に食べさせてくれるこのお店、とてもお気に入りです。味変の調味料も豊富です。
ご夫婦でやられているのか、奥さまもとても愛想が良くて、わざわざ立ち寄りたくなる名店です。

自分で後から入れられる卓上の調味料が豊富な事と、ラーメンや混ぜそばの種類の豊富さが特徴的。
調味料は、ラー油、酢、塩タレ、醤油タレ、海老油、かつお粉、煮干し粉、ホワイトペッパー、カレーパウダー、岩塩ピンクソルト、一味、七味、ブラックペッパーミル、花椒ミル、豆板醤、ごま。基本的なものは揃えました！という感じで、好みにあわせられそうです。
でも、ラーメンに手抜かりがある訳でなく、スープもこだわって作っている様子です。あくまで個人の好みに合わせられるという事で。。
ラーメンも、味変も。いろいろ楽しめそうなお店でした。

第一京浜沿いにあるひっそりとした佇まいのお店です。新馬場駅の南口から出て、徒歩3分くらいのところにあり、立地はとても優れていますが、外観があまりラーメン屋っぽくないです。
入ってみると店内は清潔感があって、メニューの種類も豊富です。盛況時も店内はガチャガチャしてなくて、落ち着いた雰囲気です。
ラーメン自体は魚介だしで、鳥と豚のチャーシューが乗っていてとあっさりめの印象のラーメンかと思います！
コロナ対策もしっかりしていらっしゃって、誠実なビジネスをするお店であると思います。

何と言っても担々麺B(クリーミータイプ)がうまい。鶏白湯をベースに、練りごま、粉砕したナッツ、小エビなどが複雑な味を作っており味が重層的。他のメニューもいくつか食べたが、担々麺Bは特に自分の好みだった。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 新年一発目のラーメンは挨拶回りでしか来ない品川で高評価のお店を探してお邪魔しました。
到着した11:45には雪がだいぶ降っていましたが、その後あっという間に満席です。
人気あるんですね。
頼んだのは動物系を使わないで作った醤油ラーメン（太麺）と辛い挽肉丼です。
正直とても愛想が良い店ではないですが、トイレや洗面台は年季が入っているけど綺麗にしているなと良く分かるし、コロナ対策で寒くても開けっぱなしなど（笑）色々な気遣いがあるお店なんだと理解しました。
さて今回は太麺でしたが、この麺のプニプニ具合が自分には好みで嬉しかったです。
スープはシンプルを追求した様な味でした。こういう味はあまり無いタイプで面白かったです。ミニ丼は結構辛かった！そりゃ辛いって書いてありますし（笑）
近かったらまた来たいなぁー。美味しかったです。
国道沿いで路駐なんか出来ないので駐車場の地図つけておきますね。需要あるかわからないけど（笑）
