★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 予約して2000円のランチを食べてきました。料理は玉子豆腐などの付きだしの他、刺身や炊き合わせ、そして玉子焼きなど計6品が付きました。ご飯のお代わりもできるし水物も出たので、男性でも量は十分でしょう。畳みかけるように料理が出てきたり、品書きに書いてあった焼き魚が切れ端程度のものだったり、メインが玉子焼きなのに突き出しに玉子豆腐を出すなど、不満は多々あります。しかし、温かいものは温かく、冷たいものは冷たくという基本はしっかりしていましたし、接客もけっして悪くありません。弁当以上のゆったりさで食事ができるんですから、祇園という場所を考えたら2500円で供してもおかしくないレベルです。なので、最上ではないですが、2000円という値段を考えると破格と言えます。
が、食事後に高揚感を覚えることはありませんでした。銀ダラ西京焼きを切れ端にするくらい苦労されて原価を切り詰めていますが、私はもう500円、いや1000円上げてもいいので、料理人が作りたい水準の料理にしたほうがいいように思えました。
価格設定をいくらにしてどういった客層に来てほしいかというのは店の大切な戦略ですが、そういった基本のところで私の思いと相違があり、満足度があまり高くなかった次第です。

You can eat more relaxed than a bento, so if you think about the place called Gion, it's a level that you can offer for 2500 yen. So it's not the best, but considering the price of 2000 yen, it can be said to be exceptional.
However, I didn't feel uplifted after eating. I've been struggling to cut down on the cost of sablefish Saikyo-yaki, but I can raise it by 500 yen, or even 1000 yen, so I thought it would be better to make it the level that the cook wants to cook. rice field.
It is an important strategy of the store to set the price and what kind of customers you want to come to, but there was a difference from my thoughts on such basics, and I was not very satisfied.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お昼に丁度行きたかったお店がコロナの為に営業されてなかったので前から気になってたこちらに予約してなかったのですが、断られても仕方ないなと思いながらドアを開けました。常連さんが多いお店のようでしたが快くお食事させて頂きました。
特にだし巻き卵と煮物が絶品でした。
お出しをしっかりとられてるのでお浸しも本当に美味しかったです。
The shop I just wanted to go to at noon wasn't open because of Corona, so I didn't make a reservation here because I was worried about it before, but I opened the door thinking that it would be unavoidable if I refused. I did. It seemed like a restaurant with many regulars, but I was happy to eat.
Especially the omelet rolls and simmered dishes were excellent.
The soaking was really delicious because the serving was well done.

次行く機会があれば夜に行ってみたいです(^^)
