素晴らしかったです!温かい接客と、料理人の方がまカウンター越しに、お料理を出してくれて説明してくれて…。お出しがとっても美味しかったです。京都に行った時は、また【又吉】に行こうと思いました。

はっきり言って、なんでこの店がミシュランを取っているのか本当にわかりません。 今回も京都旅行で米村をはじめ、いくつか美食ツアーで有名店を回りましたが一番最低です。何が最低かを説明します。 1. 料理をラップをせずに廊下に放置 すべての料理の提供が遅いんですが、さらに最悪なのは提供前の料理を廊下に放置している点です。たまたま途中トイレに行く際に廊下に放置されている小皿を見つけました。その後、その小皿は30分後にテーブルに提供されました。その廊下は多くのお客方が出入りしてるので、ほこりが載ってそうで食べるのが恐怖でした。あまりにも気になったので、次に廊下に放置されていたフルーツの提供時間も気に留めていたら約20分の放置です。グレープフルーツの色が変わっていました。 2. 接客が雑 ツッコミ所は満載だったのですが、テーブルに通されてから、まず10分近く放置され、ようやく呼んで来てくれたかと思ったら、ドリンクメニューを手渡しされ、何にしますか?と急に急かされました。まだメニュー開いてないのに誰が選べるんですか?プレッシャーかけないでください。 3. 素材がもったいない 特に残念だったのが、お刺身です。サワラのタタキは美味しかったんですが、鯛が回転寿司5周したぐらいのカピカピ具合でお腹を壊すのではないかと心配でした。同様に卵かけご飯用のいくら卵もゴハンの提供時間との時間差が大きくお腹壊さないか心配でした。 リピートはないです。
To be clear, I really don't know why this store is Michelin. This time as well, I went to Yonemura on a trip to Kyoto and several famous restaurants on a gastronomic tour, but it is the worst. Explain what is the worst. 1. Leave the food in the corridor without wrapping All dishes are served late, but what's worse is that the pre-served dishes are left in the corridor. I happened to find a small plate left in the hallway when I went to the bathroom on the way. The small plate was then served to the table 30 minutes later. Many customers come and go in the corridor, so I was afraid to eat because it was dusty. I was so worried that if I was careful about the fruit serving time that was left in the corridor next time, it would be about 20 minutes. The color of the grapefruit had changed. 2. Customer service is miscellaneous The Tsukkomi place was full, but after being passed through the table, it was left for about 10 minutes, and when I thought that he finally called me, I was handed a drink menu and what would I do? I was suddenly rushed. Who can choose when the menu isn't open yet? Do not put pressure on it. 3. Material is wasteful Especially disappointing was sashimi. The tataki of the Spanish mackerel was delicious, but I was worried that the sea bream might get hungry with the sushi that was about 5 laps. Similarly, I was worried that the salmon roe for omelet rice would not get hungry because the time difference from the serving time of Gohan was large. There is no repeat.

Superb kaiseki restaurant with 2 Michelin stars. Every single dish is meticulously prepared by the chef and it’s a feast for the palate and the eyes . All ingredients are locally sourced and sous chef explained every part of the meal . Amazing experience , highly recommended . ミシュラン2つ星のレストランです。 どの料理も繊細で美味しく頂けます。 お皿にもこだわりを感じ、料理長の人柄も良いです。 また今日に行きましたらお邪魔したいです。

The kaiseki kitchen at full bloom. On one hand the most seroius cooking business creating one piece of art efter the other. On the other hand we had an evening full of laughter and talk with the staff... One of them spoke okay English. They were very eager to tell us about the dishes and show us pictures of the ingredients. Highly recommendable.

Superb meal and even better experience. Despite being foreigners, my husband and I were lucky enough to get counter seats, overlooking the chef working. While the chef did not spend time with us (language barrier), the sous chef / line cooks were phenomenal. They explained each part of the meal and had some laughs as we practiced our Japanese. The red been “fritter” was a dream! Ingredients, preparation and service combined to deliver an experience worthy of the 2 Michelin stars given to Master Matayoshi.
