入口右の券売機で食券を購入するシステムです。 クレジットカード払い可能です。 食券を購入後階段で地下の店内へ。 カウンター席も多く一人でも利用しやすいです。 大盛り無料です。 生パスタのモチッとした麺が美味しかったです。
It is a system to purchase meal tickets at the ticket vending machine on the right side of the entrance. Credit card payment is possible. After purchasing a meal ticket, take the stairs to the basement. There are many counter seats and it is easy to use even by yourself. A large serving is free. The chewy noodles of fresh pasta were delicious.

【絶品たらこスパゲティ+白ワイン/880+380円】 吉祥寺駅北口のサンロード街に一本平行する裏道にある、雑居ビルの地下一階にある、生パスタ専門店です。北海道札幌でいただきコッコちゃんを始めて今や関東各地にも展開している会社か、始めたニューブランドで、東京各地に出店していますが、その吉祥寺店になります。店舗は、雑居ビルの地下にあって、一階入口にチケット販売機があるので購入、地下の客室は、カウンター席とテーブル席がかなりあります。席に着く前に、スタッフのかたがチケットを回収します。オープンキッチンの前のカウンター席に座りましたが、調理は時間をかけて、丁寧というか、手際が悪いのか、良くわかりません。出てきたパスタが少しさめていたのは後者のようです。メニュー、値段、大盛無料、清潔などの良いところはあると思うのですが、調理スタッフが、不慣れなのがウイークポイントと思います。 ランチ評価=2.5

It is a company that started Kokko-chan in Sapporo, Hokkaido, and is now expanding to various parts of the Kanto region, or a new brand that has started, and has stores in various parts of Tokyo, but it will be the Kichijoji store. The store is located in the basement of a multi-tenant building, and there is a ticket vending machine at the entrance on the first floor, so I bought it. The guest rooms in the basement have a lot of counter seats and table seats. Before you get to your seat, the staff will collect your ticket. I sat at the counter seat in front of the open kitchen, but it took a long time to cook, and I'm not sure if it was polite or clumsy. It seems that the latter was the pasta that came out a little. A new restaurant that serves fresh pasta in Kichijoji. They opened on February 20th, and already got popular among the Kichijoji people apparently! You order by using a ticket machine, and I ordered cream pasta with avocados, shrimps and homemade bacon. The pasta was very good, so was the sauce. I paid for about 1,300yen which I felt was a bit pricy but I can understand why people come here.

This is a special fresh pasta shop that serves Hokkaido pasta dishes. There are oil, tomato and cream-based pasta types and the portion is big. The place itself is very nice - good lighting and ambiance, with an option for both counter and table seats. I tried the tomato/cheese/eggplant dish which is the thirdoat popular apperantly with a glass of the house wine. From a counter seat you can see the open kitchen and how your pasta is made - they have a very organized system since the place is popular and two cooks were able to really pump out pasta plates consistently. It took about 25 minutes during peak hour to get my order. The pasta is good, cooked right, and the mozzarella was good as well. Eggplants were a bit undercooked but overall it's a good dish. I gave the place 4 stars since they need to hire more staff and have some mercy on the overworked one. The pasta has a lot of hype around it - but it lives up to expectations for me.
