★ ★ ★ ★ ★ カジュアルな雰囲気なのに味は本格的。大変美味しかった。吉祥寺の一等地という場所を考えたらお値段は妥当かと。また必ずリピートします。
鴨のコンフィは美味しかったのですが、ナイフのキレがイマイチで食べづらかったので、
マイナス１。
 The taste is authentic though it has a casual atmosphere. It was very delicious. Considering the prime location of Kichijoji, the price is reasonable. I will always repeat it.
The duck confit was delicious, but the sharpness of the knife was not good enough to eat, so

ランチプレートは見た目少ない気がしましたが、
デザートをつければ、お腹に優しく
いい満腹具合です。
スタッフの気配りもとっても良いです。

お店はまさにフランスのブラッスリーという雰囲気。調理場に3人.給仕が2人。
食前にスタバで重めのドリンクを飲んだから豚のコンフィのワンプレート(1320円)でも足りるだろうと選ぶ。飲み物もなし。
一言で、お料理は、カフェ飯。
サラダはこんもり、メインの豚バラ肉が80g位だが、脂身が半分で食べられず。
小さなココットに入ったさつま芋のポタージュは芋の風味がなく、レンズ豆もおしるし程度で、豆のしっとり柔らかさがない。
肉の旨味を含んだしっとりしたレンズ豆位惜しげなく供してほしい。
こちらのスタッフの方、このワンプレートで足りる人はいるのですか？
男性ではとても満足出来ないと思うので、コースを頼むべし。
ただ、ワンプレートの次は3300円、5500円コースになってしまい
場所、雰囲気、内容、価格帯とバランスが悪い。
ブラッスリー3300円ならデザートはついて欲しいし。
平日のお昼で5500円でデザートがチョロスはおざなり感が否めない。
5500円ならそれなりの雰囲気と料理に対価が求められる。青山や銀座でもびっくりする位満足できる。
今回は時間がなく私の選択ミスだが
場所と店の雰囲気からのお客が求めるようなお料理のコースを用意されてはいかがでしょうか。都内を見渡しても料理と値段のバランスが良くないので、もう少し研究して欲しい。
スタバに戻りバターミルクビスケットとコーヒーで締めました(^O^)

Why don't you prepare a cooking course that customers want from the place and atmosphere of the restaurant? Even if you look around Tokyo, the balance between food and price is not good, so I would like you to study a little more.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ⭐️以前土井先生がテレビで訪問しているのを観て、行ってみようと思っていました。今回はランチに訪店。細い路地に面した2階建てのお店です。一階はカウンターとテーブル2卓、一階の席だったので2階はわかりませんが、右側の細い階段で昇ります。西東京方面に5店舗もあるとは知りませんでした。小金井が本店のようです。
⭐️三種類あるランチプレートから、鯛のポワレと鶏とキノコのフリカッセ、デザートセットのガトーショコラとフランス菓子3種をオーダー。
⭐️プレートはサラダを中心にさつまいものスープとパン、メインディッシュが載っています。一つ一つ丁寧に作ってありいいお味です。量的コスパを求めるのであればミスマッチですが、本当はワインを飲みながらいただくのが1番なのだと思います。(今は飲めませんが)
⭐️吉祥寺での食事のオプションの一つには必ずなるお店だと思いました。テイクアウトや自宅に届けてくれるディナーセットもありました。

Coming from the UK ?? I get cravings for European food and this is one of my regular haunts. Located only 2 mins walk from Kichijoji, Brasserie Edible offers the best value French dishes ??
I had the lunch plate consisting of bacon & vegetable terrine, salad, vichyssoise soup, bread and a juicy pork confit on a bed of beans, for just ¥1,320, unbelievable value! ?
Another reason I like this restaurant is that it is one of the few places which serves nougat glacé, a delightful creamy, frozen dessert - a mix of meringue, whipped cream, fruit, and caramelized nuts ?
It's perfect for hot & humid days and a great way to finish a meal ?
