★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ワンドリンク制という居酒屋のような店。しかもそれをどこにも書いていない。ソフトドリンクは1杯300円、お好み焼きかもんじゃと合わせれば最低1000円から。
お好み焼きの味は平凡だが、器が小さく混ぜにくい。鰹節と青のりはなぜかスプーンが共通で混ざってしまう。
とても吉祥寺の1等地で50年もやれるように思えなかったが固定客がついているのだろうか？

店長の作り方は他店とは違うので、びっくりすると思います。
油の量は少量でOK、鰹節と青海苔は先に乗せる、など…。そして出来上がった後の切り方も違います。
ソースがなくても素材の旨さを味わえます。
少し味をつけたいな、と思ったら、焼き塩や焦がし醤油で楽しめます。
もんじゃ焼やお好み焼きってどこかジャンクフードな感覚がありますが、とてもヘルシーで食後は口の中がサッパリ、お腹も心も大満足になります。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ もんじゃ焼き美味しかったです。家族連れや団体の人たちが食べながら結構盛り上がっていました。一方、１人で来ている方もいて可愛い店員の方に作ってもらっていました。欲を言えば明太子もんじゃ焼きの塩分がもう少しすくなくてもいいかなと思いました。
Monjayaki was delicious. It was quite exciting while eating with family and groups. On the other hand, there was a person who came alone and a cute clerk made it. Speaking of greed, I thought it would be better if I didn't need a little bit more salt from Mentaiko Monjayaki.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店内に入ると庶民的なこじんまりとしたお店。平日の昼に行きましたが、店員さんが1人いてお客さんは2組程度と空いていました。シンプルなもんじゃが食べたかったのですが、メニューを見るとスペシャル推し。めんたいもんじゃを注文しました、出汁がきいてて美味しかったです。

I wanted to eat a simple monja, but when I look at the menu, I recommend it as a special dish. I ordered Mentai Monja, the soup stock was good and it was delicious.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 本当は1も付けたくないです。店に入って体温測定も消毒もなし。マスクもこちらが指摘しなければ付けないし、レジでの会計でも外していた。箸も素手で口に入れる側を握って出すし。店内も片付いていないテーブルがいくつかあった。誰もお客さんいないのに。
不安感で一杯の中注文したが撃沈。
写真のイカ焼きを頼んだら申し訳程度の1cm×4cmのかけらが6切れで1000円。プチぼったくりですね。すぐに退店しましたが、二度といかないですし、これ以上他の方にも不快な思いをしてもらいたくありません。
