二階、一階、地下とあり、席数はかなりありそう。
しかし、二階の仕切りは薄い木のため隣同士の声が丸聞こえ。
高級店ならもう少し配慮が欲しい。
お肉については、値段相応の物が提供されていると思います。
生牛タン（未冷凍）の物など、美味しいです。
吉祥寺の焼肉屋さんでは、トップクラスだと思います。

スタッフの気も効いてさっとなんでも対応してくれ、お店も清潔だしお肉も美味しい。特にタン皿は良かった。
お祝いの席だったが終始楽しく過ごせて4人で2万円強、内容とサービスを考えるとこのグレードの焼肉店の中で今まで行った内ではとても良かった。また再訪しようと思える店舗だった。

The staff works well and everything is ready to handle, the shop is clean and the meat is delicious. Especially the tan plate was good.
It was a celebration seat, but it was a very enjoyable experience, and it was over 20,000 yen with 4 people, considering the contents and service, it was very good in the class that I've been to until now in this grade barbecue restaurant. It was a store that seemed to be back again.

先日自粛明けにテイクアウトを初めて利用してみました。たまには弁当もいいですねー

以前に利用した時よりも、ランチメニューが減った様です。
もしくは、前のお客さんがメインのメニューを持って帰ってしまったのでしょうか。
ランチセットのお肉は一見豪華ですが、脂のないパッサパサのお肉が混ざっています。
美味しい赤身とかではなくパッサパサのお肉です。
会計が終わった後に、グランドメニューからも注文できることが分かったのですが、どこにも書いてないし、「そんなもの注文するな」と言う雰囲気を感じます。
コロナ禍でマスクをしているので、顔は見えませんが。
トラジってそれなりに満足度が高かったから、ちょっと残念。

After the checkout, I found out that I could order from the grand menu, but I didn't write it anywhere and I felt like "Don't order such a thing".
I can't see my face because I'm wearing a mask with a corona virus.
I'm a little disappointed because Toraji was quite satisfying.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 自分へのちょっとしたご褒美に、ふらっとお一人様で行ってきました。
入り口は小さめでしたが、中に入るとかなり広い感じ。
地下と、2階への階段がありました。
すぐに二人席に案内され、着席。
店員さんの対応も程よい感じでした。
メニューを見て食べるものを検討したのですが、メニューの最初の方にありオススメの「定番を楽しむ【スタンダードコース】トラジの定番を味わえるコース」を選択。
黒毛和牛に冷麺も味わえる満足の組み合わせ。とのことで楽しみに待ちました。
最初にサラダ、キムチ、そしてお肉とエビが乗った焼物のお皿、その後オードブルがテーブルに並びました。
サラダはそれほど大きくなく、レタス、玉ねぎ人参など。
焼物のお皿は、厚切りタン塩・大海老カルビ・ハラミ・赤身ロース・トントロ・ホルモンが乗っていて、どれも色がよく新鮮な感じ。
少しずつトングで焼いていきました。
噂通り美味しくて、一人で黙々と食べて、時間が経つのを忘れました。
焼物皿の内容物を店員さんが説明してくれたのですが、覚えられないので、別途説明書きのようなものがあると良いなと思いました。
オードブルは3種（ヒレの湯引きユッケ・イカ刺し・ゆで豚ポッサム）でしたが、自分はヒレのユッケがたまらなく美味しかったです(^^)
一通り食べ終えると良いタイミングで、冷麺が出てきました。
ちょっとベタついた口の中にサラッとツルッと入っていきました。
おすすめだけあってなかなかいいコンビです。
追加でおすすめメニューの「タンつくね」を一個頼みました。
牛タンのつくねを卵黄と絡ませて食べると、これも美味しい！
最後に本日のデザートは、小洒落た器に入った杏仁豆腐。
口の中がさっぱりして、大満足でした。
自分へのプチご褒美は、静かな環境で落ち着いて食べることができました。
20時を過ぎるとカップルが何組か入って来て、少し騒がしくなったので、落ち着いて食べたい場合は早めの時間が良いと思います。
（夕方の開店時間は17時）
また早めの時間にふらっと寄ってみたいです。
