まず店員がやばい。
入った瞬間から入ってくんなオーラ全開。
だったら、店開けんなよ笑
テレビで紹介されたしらす「乗せ放題」パスタをすげー押してますが(つかこのパスタしかねーのかって位押してる)、虚偽記載、大げさ広告です。JAROに電話した方がいいです。
2掴み乗せた所で、これ以上しらすを乗せると、かなりしょっぱくなってしまいます、と言われ、大丈夫ですと返すと、もう一掴み。
しかしそれ以降は、それ以上追加するつもりはないのか、乗せるポーズも辞め、これ以上はしょっぱくなります。味が壊れてしまいます、他の方もこれ位で止めてます等、畳み掛けます。
そして、どんどん目に見えて機嫌が悪くなっていく店員。
乗せ放題と記載できなくなるので、はっきりこれ以上は乗せられませんとは言いませんが、あの店員の般若のような顔を見たら、もっととは言えなくなります。
そういう裏を考えながら、提供している時点で、立派な詐欺店です。
利幅が薄くなるのはわかるよ？でも嘘はつくなよ。
客に圧かけて提供できなくするなら「乗せ放題」じゃなくて、「大盛」でいいじゃん。
でも「乗せ放題しらすパスタ」の詐欺メニューしか売りがないのでしょう。
詐欺に引っ掛かりたくない方は、おすすめしません。
逆に店員の圧に負けず、しらすを乗せ続けられる勇者は是非どうぞ！
知ってる限りの最高は「3掴み」です。

場所は吉祥寺駅から徒歩2〜3分といったところでしょうか。狭い路地の1階にあります。
名物の生ハム乗せ放題パスタ、釜揚げしらす乗せ放題パスタをいただきました。
麺はもちもちでとても美味しく、釜揚げしらすは身がふっくらしてて美味しかったです。
I visited you at lunch time.
The place is a few minutes walk from Kichijoji station. Located on the first floor of a narrow alley.
We had the famous all-you-can-eat ham pasta and all-you-can-eat shirasu pasta.
The noodles were chewy and very delicious, and the fried whitebait was plump and delicious.

Rettyで吉祥寺の人気店に上がっていたのでランチに行ってみました。吉祥寺のメイン通りに近いけれど少し奥まった所にあります。

パスタ2種類とハラミのプレートを頼みましたが、どれも大満足でした。パスタがモチモチで味付けもしっかり、とても美味しかったです。ハラミ肉は肉厚ですが柔らかく、味付けはあっさりとしていて食べやすい。パスタにはランチプレートセットという前菜とドリンクのセットをつけることができますが、500円は安いと思います。また、アルコールの飲み放題が60分、90分制と選べて昼飲みに最適でした(値段は忘れた)飲み放題にスパークリングワインもあって、なみなみといれてもらえます！
年齢層も幅広く、1名利用はカウンターに、老若男女来店されている感じです。お店が狭くて席が密集しているので大人数や子供連れにはあまり向かないかもしれません。また、アクリル板があったりなかったりなので、この時期神経質な方は少し気になるかも。ですがお店の方も感じがよく、私はぜひまた利用させていただきたいです。

I ordered two types of pasta and a plate of skirt steak, but I was very satisfied with both. The pasta was chewy and well seasoned, and it was very delicious. The skirt steak is thick but tender, and the seasoning is light and easy to eat. You can attach an appetizer and drink set called a lunch plate set to the pasta, but I think 500 yen is cheap. In addition, all-you-can-drink alcohol was 60 minutes or 90 minutes, which was ideal for lunch (I forgot the price). There is also sparkling wine in the all-you-can-drink, so you can call it Namami!
There is a wide range of age groups, and it feels like men and women of all ages are visiting the counter for one person. The shop is small and the seats are crowded, so it may not be suitable for a large number of people or families with children. Also, there may or may not be an acrylic board, so those who are nervous at this time may be a little worried. However, the shop feels good and I would love to use it again.

吉祥寺駅北口からダイヤ街に入ってスグの路地を入ったところの路面店です。半分オープンエアのように開放感のあるお店。カミさんと2軒目を適当にお店を探していて雰囲気がよさそうだったので入ってみました。
店名をかすかに覚えていたのですが、かつてパスタに生ハム乗せ放題で話題になったお店です。他のレビュアーさんの口コミにありますね。手前にテーブル席と奥にカウンター席があり、女性一人のお客さんも来てビールとパスタを頼んでいました。平日の夜でも女性が入りやすいみたいです。
初回LINE登録でドリンク1杯目無料。すでに会員なら半額で提供してくれます。スパークリングワインを含む飲み放題は2時間1500円ですので結構安いです。シトラスシャンディガフ、アサイービール、レモネードビールなどビールカクテルの種類があるのもよいですね。
お通しに生ハムが出てきます。二人で700円はリーズナブル。まずは前菜盛り合わせ。オリーブマリネ、ピクルス、レバーペースト、マリネ、ハムなど。レバーペーストは「白レバーのキャラメリゼ」とメニューにあり、確かにザラメ上の砂糖が混じってほのかに甘いです。それぞれが美味しくてこれもお得です。キャベツとアンチョビのオーブン焼きもお手頃なのにボリュームあり、とても美味しい！
2軒目なのであとは締めのパスタ。シラスのペペロンチーノを頼んだら、テーブルでシラス盛り放題。大きなボールにたっぷりのシラスを持ってきた店員さんが「何回盛りますか？３から5回が多いです」というので、カミさんが5回をお願いしました。つい写真を取り忘れたんですが、結構もりもりになりますね。ペペロンチーノはもう少し辛くてもいいかなと思ったけど、お味はGood。
無休で11時からの通し営業はとても便利。地元ですしまた来ます。

I remembered the name of the restaurant faintly, but it was once a hot topic for all-you-can-eat pasta with prosciutto. It's in the reviews of other reviewers. There was a table seat in the foreground and a counter seat in the back, and a female customer also came and asked for beer and pasta. It seems that women can easily enter even on weekday nights.
Free first drink with the first LINE registration. If you are already a member, it will be offered at half price. All-you-can-drink including sparkling wine is 1500 yen for 2 hours, so it's quite cheap. It would be nice to have a variety of beer cocktails such as Citrus Shandy Gaff, Acai Beer and Lemonade Beer.
Prosciutto comes out through. 700 yen is reasonable for two people. First of all, assorted appetizers. Olive marinade, pickles, liver paste, marinade, ham, etc. Liver paste is on the menu as "white liver caramelize" and is certainly slightly sweet with sugar on the rough. Each one is delicious and this is also a great deal. Oven-baked cabbage and anchovies are also reasonably priced, but they are voluminous and very delicious!
It's the second house, so the rest is pasta. If you order Shirasu Peperoncino, you can have as much Shirasu as you like at the table. The clerk who brought plenty of shirasu to a big ball said, "How many times do you serve? 3 to 5 times," so Kami asked for 5 times. I just forgot to take a photo, but it's quite a mess. I thought Peperoncino could be a little more spicy, but the taste is good.
It is very convenient to open all day from 11:00. I'm local and will come again.

HPを拝見すると、元はイタリアンを多数展開するVANSAN(バンサン)グループのフランチャイズだったようですが、リンクからは外れていたので、独立されたのかな(-ω- ?) しかし、BIODYNAMIE(ビオディナミ)さん、コロナ禍もあってか、新宿、飯田橋、赤坂見附、赤羽、天神、横浜店等、吉祥寺店を除いてことごとく閉店。これもご時世かなぁ(o´･ω･`o)ﾉ
◆本日の注文◆
生ハムとスプラウトのクリームパスタ 1320円
コチラ目当てに入ったようなものです。一番客だったので、注文後10分と掛からず提供されました。先ずはクリームパスタのみの皿。店員のお兄さんが生ハムが沢山入った木皿を片手に、「Stopと仰るまで生ハムを乗せますね」と♪︎見映えするように沢山盛って下さいと伝えると、生ハム山が崩れるぐらいまで盛ってくれました(人´∀`)♪
生ハムは一般的なものですね。激旨と言う程ではない。パスタはモチモチでクリームソースもそれなりの味。スプラウトはちょこっと♪︎ ゆっくり生ハム山を崩しながら食べ進めていきます。後半は、生ハムの塩気に少し飽きてきましたね(；^ω^) まぁ、適量が良いかも。ワインやビールを飲みたくなるなぁ♪︎ ( ੭•͈ω•͈)੭
