二訪 這次看到極上只要半價7500就跑進來了 可能是肺炎的關係 距離上次來說人真的少了很多 肉的部分在沙朗之中來說 這家店油脂屬於比較少的 熟度的部分交給店家處理 表面煎的焦脆中間留紅部分偏少 就是平常日本人的五分熟 肉有先抹過鹽與胡椒了 當然桌邊也有現磨岩鹽可以自己取用 由於油脂比較少的關係不是入口即化 但是可以充分享受到肉味 上菜時肉本身已經切好 旁邊油脂還是筋的部分還有特別切碎 然後煎的非常酥脆這點好評 鐵板蔬菜的部分調味比較淡 我的話還需要再多灑一點鹽 考慮上價格的話味道及格 但即使半價cp值還是很低

4年振りに再訪。前回はかなりの行列だったが、今回は土砂降りのせいか待ち人無し。クレカもあるし予定を変更して入店。極上ロースステーキが半額の7500円と言う事で、これと厳選ステーキをミディアムレアで注文。レアの部分もほんのり温かくてサイコーのお肉だ。ステーキソースが2種類あるが、今回は苦味を強く感じたので塩でいただいた。ご飯が柔らかいのでちょっと減点した。
