★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔から吉祥寺で営業している乾物屋さんです。炒り子を計り売りしてくれます。乾物以外にもいろいろな品揃えがあるので、いつも楽しみに買い物しています。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昔ながらの乾物屋さん。カルディのインゲン豆は水に浸したら皮がむけてしまいましたが、土屋さんのは茹で終わる最後まで皮がむけず綺麗に仕上がりました。
なかなか営業時間内に行けないのが残念です。
An old-fashioned dry food store. Cardi's green beans peeled off when soaked in water, but Tsuchiya's did not peel off until the end of boiling, and the finish was beautiful.
It's a pity that we can't go during business hours.

どれも肉厚で、吸盤の大きいのとか、いつまででも口の中でしゃぶっていられます。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 他所では見かけない島根県産の板若芽を販売しており、天然物と養殖物が有りそれぞれ購入。お摘まみやご飯のおかずに丁度良い塩気と香りが味わえました。芯の部分の味は濃く少しかたい。他にも多品種の乾物が見られました。
We sell wakame seaweed from Shimane prefecture, which is not found anywhere else, and we purchase natural products and farmed products. I was able to enjoy just the right saltiness and aroma without picking or side dishes of rice. The taste of the core is strong and a little hard. Many other dried foods were also seen.
