「蔵そば」を食べました。 お蕎麦は江戸前と比べ、少し太めでとても腰のあります。食感はやや硬めですが、喉ごしがよいです。 地元の方たちが、冷たいお蕎麦に唐辛子の粉を振りかけていたので驚きました。 でもマネして食べてみると…これが何故か悪くない。 天ぷらと煮物が付いてきます。
I ate "Kura soba". Compared to Edomae, the soba noodles are a little thicker and very chewy. The texture is a little hard, but it has a nice throat. I was surprised that the locals sprinkled cold soba with chili powder. But when I managed to eat it... This is not bad for some reason. Comes with tempura and stewed food.

食べ終わる迄に1時間かかりました。 蕎麦はかなり硬めでしたが見た目は綺麗でした。

落ち着いた感じの蔵の中で蕎麦が食べられます。田舎そば(太麺)を頂きましたが、ボソボソ感が強くイマイチでした。

美味しい蕎麦屋さんです。 細めと太めがあります。 写真は細めです。他の地域の蕎麦より太いです。 太めは製法が違うそうです。 次回は食べてみたいです。 天ぷらも美味しいです。

初めて入店!現場のそばだったので行ってきました。蔵のなかでそばと麦切り頂いてきました。地元大石田町のそばとは比較出来ませんがいまひとつと言った所ですね。細切りそば挽きぐるみのそばでしたが風味がいまひとつ!たれはかなり薄め!蕎麦湯で薄めるとダシの素材が感じますが蕎麦との相性がいまひとつ。麦切りは庄内のものより細麺!タレもそば用と同じ様でした。ツルツル喉越しは良かったですがトータルで判断するとこんな感じです。煮物とサービス天ぷらなど付きます。ご馳走様でした!
Entered the store for the first time! I went there because it was near the site. I had soba and wheat cut in the brewery. I can't compare it with the soba noodles in my hometown of Oishida, but it's not good enough. It was shredded buckwheat noodles, but the flavor is not good! The sauce is quite thin! If you dilute it with soba hot water, you can feel the dashi material, but it does not go well with soba. The barley noodles are thinner than those in Shonai! The sauce was the same as for soba noodles. The smooth throat was good, but judging from the total, it looks like this. Comes with simmered dishes and service tempura. It was a treat!
