M	Masa Tami on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 肉そば発祥河北町在住です。初めて訪問させて頂き、冷たい肉そば大盛りをオーダー。ぬるくもなく冷たくもなくちょうどいい塩梅の冷たさ。麺はバツバツにハリコシのある麺。個人的には嫌いではないが、もう少し粉っぽい方が肉そばらしいと思った。スープに浮く脂は、温度のせいか黄色く固まり気味。ただコクにはいい影響を与えていた。バツバツ麺の為スープの絡みが若干悪く、もう少し細麺にした方がいいのではと思った。肉そばだけのインプレとなるが、個人的には好きな部類であった。 I live in Kahoku, the birthplace of meat soba.
