お蕎麦は細切りですが香りもコシも良いです。
山葵やネギそして付け合わせもクオリティが高いです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 細めの美味しい蕎麦でした！2:8蕎麦じゃなく1:9蕎麦なので、風味もあり、10割蕎麦のようなごそごそ感も無く、のど越しも良く男女問わず食べやすい蕎麦です！
店長さんが１人でやっているお店なので、メニューも少なく駐車場も4～5台分しか在りませんが、蕎麦好きの人にはオススメです！

薬味などもきちんと切られ山葵も物がいいです。汁も鰹主体に香りがいい。ただ、山形なので仕方ないが甘口。
でわかおりはコシが強く香りが弱い品種だけど、上手に香りを活かせて打てていると思いました。県外のもっと美味しい蕎麦を使って打てばもっと美味しくなると思う。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 昼時に男二人で訪問しました。店内には山関係の書籍がたくさん置いてあります。ご主人はよほど山がお好きなようです。店名からもわかりますが。今回初訪問でいただいたのは「限定10食ぶっかけ肉そば大盛り」でした。お値段1050円。香り高い手打ち蕎麦と親鳥の肉がとても相性良くて美味しかったです。あとネギの香りとシャキシャキ感もいいですね〜デザートにリンゴが出てきました。お隣で板そばを食べていた男性二人は追加の板そばを注文していました。あ、こういう食べ方もあるんだなと勉強になりました。ご主人のお人柄が感じられる店内装飾と蕎麦の味に満足してきました。山形は美味しいお蕎麦屋さんがたくさんありますが、その中でもお勧めです。
