下	下智子 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お湯がいい！肌すべすべ、7月で昼は暑いけど、日が沈むと涼しいので温泉最高～浴衣も可愛いのが選べるし、駐車場代が浮くのがいいですね。始発のバスターミナルから三つ目くらいから乗れます。チケットは自販機に売ってます。平日、コロナだったのでギリギリシャトルバスの席に空きがありました。混雑時はどうなるかわかりません。 Hot water is good! You can get on from the third bus terminal from the first bus terminal. Tickets are sold to vending machines. Since it was Corona on weekdays, there was a vacancy in the seat of the Gili Greek Shuttle Bus. I don't know what will happen when it's crowded.
泉	泉雅之 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上高地への玄関口となる沢渡にあり、初日は上高地へ翌日は白骨温泉や松本市街を観光するには最適な場所にありました。建物は落ち着いた雰囲気で部屋の細部まで丁寧に過ごしやすく手を施して、のんびり過ごせます。何より気に入ったのは従業員一人一人が心のこもった対応で特に料理は地元の美味しい食材を客の期待する食事を準備して頂きます。私は１泊でしたが、長く宿泊するのもお勧めの宿です。ゆっくり観光して地元のご飯を食べ、また露天風呂に入り日頃の疲れを癒してくれる、とても良いホテルです。ホテルの方々、いい休日をありがとうございました。また是非利用させて頂きます。 Located in Sawando, the gateway to Kamikochi, it was the perfect place to visit Kamikochi on the first day and Shirahone Onsen and Matsumoto city the next day. The building has a calm atmosphere, and every detail of the room is carefully arranged so that you can spend a relaxing time. What I liked most was the heartfelt response of each and every employee, especially the food prepared with the delicious local ingredients that customers expected. I stayed for one night, but I recommend staying for a long time. It is a very good hotel where you can take a leisurely sightseeing trip, eat local food, and take an open-air bath to heal your daily fatigue. Thank you to the hotel staff for a nice holiday. I will definitely use it again.
4	47都道府県PVで泊まりました on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 上高地に行くにあたりバスかタクシーで行くしかない為、バス停が徒歩３分位のところにあるこちらのホテルを選択しました。チェックイン前またはチェックアウト後でも車を預かってもらえるので、ありがたいです。お部屋は壁紙張り替え等リフォームしているようですので綺麗でした。お風呂が狭いので、混雑時は後でということになるかもしれません。洗い場の鉄板に水アカが付着していたのが気になりました。お料理は普通かなと思います。フロントスタッフの方はしっかり対応されており、上高地観光にはお薦めのホテルです。 I chose this hotel because the bus stop is about a 3-minute walk because I have to take a bus or taxi to get to Kamikochi. I am grateful that you can leave your car before check-in or after check-out. The room was beautiful because it seems that the wallpaper has been remodeled. Since the bath is small, it may be later when it is crowded. I was worried that water stains had adhered to the iron plate of the washing place. I think the food is normal. The front desk staff are very responsive and this hotel is recommended for sightseeing in Kamikochi.
O	OWL 60 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 直前に地震による土砂崩れのニュースを見て心配しておりましたが、観光には支障なく宿泊。闘病中のためコロナ禍の息苦しさもあり少しでも新鮮な空気が吸いたいと出向いた上高地。とても美味しくいただいた夕食も結果吐いてしまいましたが、スタッフの方がデザートを部屋まで運んでくださり、胃が落ち着いた深夜にこれまた美味しくいただきました。薬の影響で湿疹が出て痒かったのですが一晩に何度か温泉に浸かる事でだいぶ痒みも軽減され来て良かったと思いました。全快したらもっと活動的に上高地を楽しむために又訪れたいものです。施設は古くても掃除が行き届き清潔に保たれているので快適に過ごすことが出来ました。気配りの行き届いたスタッフさん達のおかげで快適に宿泊出来ました。検温,消毒,換気としっかりコロナ対策されています。 I was worried when I saw the news of the landslide caused by the earthquake just before, but I stayed without any trouble for sightseeing. Kamikochi went out to breathe fresh air as much as possible due to the suffocation of Corona because he was fighting illness. I had eczema and itching due to the effects of the medicine, but I'm glad that the itching was alleviated by soaking in the hot springs several times a night. I would like to visit again to enjoy Kamikochi more actively when it is completely recovered. Even though the facility was old, it was well cleaned and kept clean, so I was able to spend it comfortably. Thanks to the attentive staff, I was able to stay comfortably. Temperature measurement, disinfection, ventilation and corona measures are taken firmly.
C	Chris Matsumoto on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021年10月に宿泊しました。流石老舗ホテル！と思えるご対応で大変お世話になりました夕食も朝食もおいしかったですし、スタッフの方もこちらの質問に優しく答えてくれました翌日上高地に行く方は、徒歩5分のバス停からアクセスでき、車は夕方まで駐車場を使わせて貰えるので（混み具合によるかもしれませんが）便利ですさらに、夕方雨の中を車に戻った際スタッフの方が出てこられて、前日の宿泊と伝えると、タオル持参ならお風呂にどうぞと！次回もまたお世話になりたいと思いました I stayed in October 2021.
