★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel is very clean, big room, near mall and TSUKUBA station. The staff was very polite and helpfull. The breakfast was good but expensive.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ A very nice hotel. I deducted a star for the state of the room cleaning. There ware a lot of dust on TV, painting, etc.
Breakfast has a very moderate selection, especially of western food.
Staff was very friendly.
I stayed at a big room (two twin beds joined together) and it was a nice room.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great place to stay. Not the cheapest, but the hotel rooms are really nice, with WiFi and air-conditioning. The staff here was really nice too. Also hotel is located in convenient area, close to shops, bus stop and Tsukuba Express.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent service. Everything is nice and clean with spacious rooms by Japan standards. Within walking distance of many eateries and shopping. We made a mistake in our booking but the staff was very accommodating. It made our stay very pleasant. Parking is 1000 yen a day which is very reasonable.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Staying here for the third time. Small hotel, but every amenity is available. The best location in Tsukuba, at the heart of the Tsukuba center. The staffs are very cooperative and amiable.
