か	かんのんだれ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 設備は古くてエレベーターとかありませんが、とても親切な対応をしていただき嬉しかったです。料金も安く駐車場が無料でたくさんあり、漫画もいっぱいあり、アメニティに入浴剤もあったりと、嬉しかったです。また泊まりたいと思いました(^^) Facilities are old and do not have elevator, but were glad that we did very kind correspondence. k	kero tyan on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 素泊まりで利用しました。古いビジネス旅館です。近隣のビジネスホテルは時期によって価格変動が激しい(東横○ンが1万近くになる)ですが、ほぼ年中一律料金で泊まれます。部屋設備はベッド、テレビ、トイレ、洗面台のみで寝る為の部屋と言う印象です。アメニティーは歯ブラシのみ。冷蔵庫、電子レンジについては廊下に共用の物が設置されています。風呂については大浴場で共用、風呂設備は洗面台×3と大きい浴槽1つです。シャワー、ボディソープ等は備え付け、タオル類は各部屋備え付けの物を使用する形です。 (トータル2ヶ月ほど利用しましたが、平日であれば他の宿泊客と被った事が無く、貸切です。) 駅からの距離(徒歩5分)で考えると近隣ホテルの7割〜5割程度の値段で泊まれます。仕事で泊まるのであれば必要充分、貧乏旅行であれば観光利用も有りかと思います。接客は丁寧です。民宿・ペンションの様な感じです。周辺の相場的に、値段相応の設備なので、大手ビジネスホテルの考えで泊まると不満が出ると思います、やめておいた方が良いですよ。逆に、コスパ重視で泊まって文句を言うのは流石に馬鹿すぎるので、そう言うタイプの人は、宿泊費をケチらずにチェーンのホテルに泊まった方が良いですね(笑) I used it without leaving. 2	265181 Zena on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 土浦近辺で泊まる所を探していたところ、某サイトで１部屋だけここに空きが見つかったので泊まりました。お値段4800円。フロントのかたの対応は大手ホテルチェーン的なものではありませんでしたが丁寧で親切でした。設備は新しいとは言えませんね。部屋に風呂がなく（宿泊プランに明記されていました）大浴場を使いましたが、浴槽にお湯が少なく　寝転ぶように入らないと全身が浸かれませんでした。最後にひとつ、宿泊プランに「ブルーインパルスを見に行こう」とありましたが、2018年の百里航空祭にはブルーは来てません（笑。 When I was looking for a place to stay near Tsuchiura, I stayed because only one room was found here at the Kashiwa site. 渋	渋谷浩一 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 内外装共にボロボロ。壁紙はハガレ、カーテンは取れかかっている。テレビは小さく、冷蔵庫、ポット、時計は無い。古いのは仕方無いが、清掃も行き届いて無く、不衛生な感じ。スリッパや布団など消毒されているとは思えない。潔癖な方には無理でしょう。安ければ文句は言わないが、それ程安い訳では無い。館内に自販機は無いし、近くにコンビニも無い。3000円でも高いと思えるレベル。他のホテルを探してください。 Both interior and exterior are tattered.
