★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お手頃ぼたん鍋をいただきました。冷凍肉とありましたが、十分柔らかく旨味たっぷり！
次は生肉を食べたい…！と食べてすぐ思ってしまいました(笑)
具沢山で、何より味噌出汁がバツグンに美味しいです。
のれんでテーブルを個室のように区切ってくれているので、落ち着いて過ごせます。

今回、篠山市内に配布されたお年玉クーポンを使って行きました！
店内に入ると暖房で暖かくて、味噌のいい香りがしてきます★
店員さんも優しい感じの方です。
私達はぼたん鍋のお手軽コース？に追加でロース肉と野菜を頼みました！
1人前からオーダー出来るので有難かったです♫
お肉は臭みがなく、柔らかくて甘かったです！
シメは、鍋に卵を落として煮て、白ご飯の上に乗せて食べました！
ぼたん鍋のシメはやっぱりこれが1番やなと改めて思いました（笑）
美味しかったです(^^)♡

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こじんまりとしたお店で古い佇まいというのが田舎らしくて風情よく、接客も気取らず居心地が良かったです。
お手軽ぼたん鍋を息子と2人でいただきました。猟の解禁前だったので冷凍猪肉でしたが充分美味しく、むしろ年間通してこれが食べられるなら地元の方は羨ましいなと思いました。旅の良い思い出になりました。

ぼたん鍋の上コース。それなりにいいお値段はします。
初めてのぼたん鍋でしたが、油がこんなに美味しいのかぁと感激でした。
出汁は辛くなるので、適度に薄めた方が良いです。
基本的に運ばれてくるだけで、メニューに書かれている食べ方 を見て自分たちで野菜などを入れます。
少しはなにかアドバイス的なのがあってもいいのにとは思いましたが、、、。
美味しかったのでよかったです。ご好意で天ぷらも出していただきました。こちらも美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店先のメニューにぼたん鍋が２９８０円てあったので注文したのですが、支払いが5800円でした。レギュラーサイズだったのでしょうか？お品書きの説明して欲しかったです。
観光地で次来るかわかりませんが、街場でしたらクレームになりますよ。
でも味は美味しかったです。

またお店のご厚意で松茸ごはんもいただきました。どちらもめっちゃ美味しかったです。
お肉は思っていたのとは違い味噌の味が染み込んで、また固くなく野菜もシャキシャキしてて飽きの来ないお鍋でした。綺麗に出汁まで全ていただきました。松茸ごはんは香りよく冷たくなっても美味しかったです。機会があればまた立ち寄ってみたいお店です！
