こちらでボタン鍋とボタン焼肉を頂きました!どれも美味しくて鍋の味噌出汁が美味しかったです!最後は卵かけご飯のように、卵を残りのスープのところに落として目玉焼きみたいにして半熟になったらご飯についで、出汁も入れてお茶漬けみたいに食べたらとっても美味しかったです! 卵を店員さんが割って入れて下さったのですが、割入れたとき店員さんが鍋の中を覗き込んでいたので、どうしたのかなと思っていたら、いざ卵を食べるとガリッと大きな殻が入っていて少し気分が悪くなりました? 割りましょうか?と聞かれ、お願いします!と言ったのでもちろんこちらの責任ですが、殻が入ったことが分かったなら入ったかもしれませんと一言欲しかったですm(_ _)m 椎茸だと思って食べると殻だったので結構大きかったです?人間誰しもミスくらいはするので一言掛けてほしいと思いました! それ以外はとても美味しかったのでまた行きたいです(*´ω`*)

ぼたん鍋が食べたくなったので行ってきました。前日に電話予約し、鹿肉のタタキも要予約だったので一緒に注文しました。平日は混んでないみたいです。 ぼたん鍋と猪肉の焼肉、鹿肉のタタキ。 焼肉から食べたのですが、最初は火が弱くてなかなか美味しそうな焼き加減が出来ず。でも、美味しかったです。塩コショウはかかってたのでそのまま食べて、2枚目は粉山椒。どちらも美味しかったです。一人前三枚ですね。 鹿肉のタタキは生姜と一緒に少し甘めの醤油で食べました。あっさりとした臭みのないお肉でとても美味しかったです。 ぼたん鍋はお店の方がお鍋に入れてくれるので、出来上がるまでかなり待つかも。焼肉の前にお鍋の方を作って、ストーブで温めている方もいました。焼肉食べてる間にある程度お鍋ができるので、時間のロスはなさそう。 お味噌は甘めではなく、濃さは調整できるので味が足らなければお味噌追加しても良いかも。お野菜は甘くて美味しかったです。 〆にうどん。たまごかけご飯。お店の方がしてくれるのであとは出来上がったらたまごかけご飯にして、最後にうどん、美味しかったです。

孤独のグルメを見て知った店だが、 結構見慣れた番組や芸人のサインごあった。 猪肉の焼肉は厚めで噛みごたえがあり、 最初からされてる塩コショウの味付けだけで 充分満足できる味で食べ応えあった。 ぼたん鍋はよくある白味噌ベースぽくなく、 肉の部位もミックスでよく見ると違いがある。 たっぷりの地元の野菜と煮込むが 灰汁取りの必要がなく、 丹波地方は椎茸も産地なので椎茸も美味い。 ネギも地元品種で太く粘りがあり美味い。 白菜の芯がとても甘くて猪肉の旨味と 合わさり肉のに手出ししないでも満足だった。 猪肉も焼肉の時と違い油に他の旨味が足され なんとも言えない味わいだった。 いままで食べたぼたん鍋と比べると、 肉が厚めな気がする。食べ応えがあった。 最後にご飯と鍋で軽く煮た卵とスープを混ぜ食す。 これがまた美味かった。

The location is peaceful as deep in the mountain area. You need a car or bike. It is far from a castle town. Above all a travel from the town to there by bikes with my family was really nice experience. The restaurant has Japanese agricultural traditional atmosphere. If you don’t expect a lots, then you feel better experience. We paid 12000 yen for 2 adults.
