柾	柾木船穂 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 11：30ごろに入店し『丹波篠山　天然しし鍋定食』を注文しました。過去に何度か猪肉を食べた事があり気になる臭みのある硬い肉という記憶でしたが、食べてみてビックリ！臭みもなく肉も柔らかく美味しい！一気に評価が変わりました。 12:00ごろ満席となり待ち時間が発生しておりしたので、少し早めに到着が良いのかも知れません。量的には普通の定食よりやや多めなので、大食いメインでなければ十分な量かと思います。山芋コロッケもあまり味わった事のない食感ですが美味しく頂けました。 I entered the restaurant around 11:30 and ordered "Tamba Sasayama Natural Hot Pot Set Meal". I remember eating wild boar meat several times in the past and it was a hard meat with an unpleasant odor, but I was surprised to try it! The meat is tender and delicious with no odor! The evaluation changed at once. It was full at around 12:00 and there was a waiting time, so it may be better to arrive a little earlier. The amount is a little larger than the regular set meal, so I think that it is enough if it is not a big eater. The yam croquette has a texture that I haven't tasted so much, but it was delicious.

わ	わくがか on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 猪鍋定食とステーキ定食120gを頼みました。ステーキは、肉の甘みと旨味があり、猪鍋は、少し甘口味噌の出汁でもう少し、ピリッとする為に、他の方が頼まれてた七味か一味をお願いすれば良かったです。ステーキの食べ終わりくらいに食べ始めたので、全部生からで嬉しいですが、タイミングだけ良かったら助かりました。トロロも別で注文しましたが、滑らかな舌触りで美味しかったです。ごちそうさまでした。 I ordered a boar set meal and a steak set meal of 120g. It's a pity that the tororo beef slices are a little stiff and stiff, but the rice and tororo are generally satisfied with the good seasoning.
