★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 10月も中旬になろうかと言うのに、暑い日でした。篠山城下町は凄い賑わいで、至る所で収穫直後の黒枝豆や、焼栗の販売が行われており、まさに収穫祭と言うのでしょうか。まぁそのくらいの賑わいでした。
城下町を丹波栗のソフトクリームでも食べながら街歩きでもしようと、今回訪れる予定でしたが、お昼を何処で食べようと検索した結果【ぼたん鍋専門店 ぼたん亭】さんが高評価で目に止まった次第です。
え？？ぼたん鍋？？

先日、帰り道で出会ったよな？
裏山におるよな？
いのしし。。。
その昔、ご近所の猟友会の方からスライスされたお肉を頂いた事がありました。
味はスッカリしっかり忘れております。
そんなイメージしかない
猪ぼたんさん。まさかこの様な出会いになるとは?
今回、こちらでご馳走になったのは【ミックス肉ぼたん鍋】でした。特上カルビと特上ロースのセットでした。
昔食べた事があったにも関わらず、スッカリしっかり忘れているので、新鮮でした。
脂身の甘さは想像以上で、お味噌仕立てお汁とめちゃくちゃ合います。スープ？いやお汁で。ぼたん肉は、程よい歯応えはあるものの、しゃきしゃき噛み切れて旨みが溢れてきます。一緒に入ったお野菜は、旨味が染みてこれがまた美味い！〆のうどんで大満足のご馳走さまです！（^人^）
鍋料理って正直見極めが難しく、鍋奉行が居ると助かるのですが、こちらの女将さんでしょうか？目配り半端ねーっす！流石人気店です。
なかなか行ける所じゃないんですが、
もっと寒くなった時期に、特上ロースぼたん鍋でお願いしてみようかなぁ…。
しかしぼたん鍋って上手い事いうもんだなぁ。。。なっとく。

思ってたのと違い全然臭くなく、
お野菜もたっぷり入って、
味噌味の牡丹鍋は、美味しかったです。
一番人気との事で、
ミックス牡丹鍋をチョイス。
最後にうどん玉も、ついてて大満足でした。

今日はね、美味しい猪鍋を食べたくてぼたん亭さんにやって来ました。
何時頃にお店に行けるか分からないねで当日1時間前に電話予約にしましたが快く対応していただきました。
店に一番近い駐車場にしたので数百円掛かりましたが城跡の砂利の駐車場に置けば一日200円で済みます、歩くけどね♪
さぁ、店外で座席が空くのを10分程待ってボックス席へ案内していただき、待望の「栗入り味噌の猪鍋」の中間クラス一人前7000円ちょっとだったかな、いただきました！
料理の準備を待っている間のつき出しは「貝と煮豆」そして鍋の登場！けっこうガッツリな量が有り、具材を食べ終わると「うどん・ラーメン・ご飯」だったかどれか一種類を選び〆に成ります。
めちゃ栗入り味噌の出汁が最高でした、美味しかった！…御馳走様でした〜♪(灬º‿º灬)♡

絶品のぼたん鍋でした。

ホンマ、美味しく頂きました。

ロース＆カルビのお肉を食べれます。
季節の料理を食べれる事に感謝です。
近くに市営駐車場があり
駐車券の提示でお食事代から駐車料金を
引いてくれました。
駐車場をお店の人に聞くと丁寧な案内を
してもらえました。
また、行きたいお店です。
