常連でないと難しいと感じるお店でした。 お寿司屋さんでは仕方ないことかもしれませんが、会計も不明瞭でした。 料理自体は非常に丁寧な仕事と思います。

高円寺としては珍しいお店だと思います。刺身のクオリティは抜群で盛り付けもとても綺麗です。焼きもの煮物、季節の旬のものいろいろあります。ビールも何種類かあり、地酒も5~6銘柄あります。ちょっと贅沢したい時はここで呑みたいと思います!
I think this is an unusual shop for Koenji. The quality of sashimi is outstanding and the arrangement is very beautiful. There are various types of baked goods and seasonal dishes. 高円寺は「波やし」さんのように予約が2年後と言う店もあれば、桃太郎すしのように回転寿司価格のような店まで寿司店があります。 浜寿司さんは、ツマミながら飲める使いやすさが特徴。4500円のコースにして、1-2品追加すると、そこそこ飲んで出来上がり7-8000円です。
Koenji has sushi restaurants such as "Namiyashi" who make reservations two years later, and Momotaro sushi, which has a conveyor belt sushi price. Hamazushi is easy to drink while using the knob. If you make a course of 4500 yen and add 1-2 items, you can drink it moderately and it will be 7-8000 yen.

予約して一人で伺いました。カウンター席、板場正面に通され、おすすめコースをいただきました。 オーナーの機嫌が悪かったのか滞在中ほとんど目が合うこと無く、会話もなく、発する言葉は料理名のみ。テレビがあるのでなんとか凌ぎましたが、かなり居心地が悪かったです。そんな雰囲気なので料理も美味しく感じられはずがありません。 初めての方は常連さんと伺うことをお勧めします。
I made a reservation and visited by myself. I was passed through the counter seats and in front of Itaba and had a recommended course. Maybe the owner was in a bad mood, I couldn't meet him during my stay, there was no conversation, and the only word I spoke was the name of the dish. I managed to surpass it because I had a TV, but it was quite uncomfortable. Because of that atmosphere, the food shouldn't feel delicious. If you are new to us, we recommend that you visit the regulars.

Amazing sushi, curated in a quiet, focused manner. No extravagance, no fuss, no exclusion. Regular locals drop by for a “leave it to you” set or for their favourites. We had the special “leave it to you” which included octopus (I was so excited I forgot to take a photo), bonito bowl, goosefish liver bowl, grilled bamboo shoot, nagiri of tuna, squid, sardine, and tamagoyaki... then we ordered some unique extras: maki eel, maki burdock, maki gourd (delicious) and finished with grilled clams OMG. This place is a treat.
