s	soybeans green on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 久々に訪問。ランチだとデフォ700円で大盛＆ライス無料でコスパは良い。ニンニクが香ばしい。色々と選べます。今日はちょいカエシが薄かったかなー。テーブルの上の黒酢を掛けるとサッパリラーメンとしても味わえますが結構黒酢が効くので少なめで軽くかけた方が美味しい。ぶらいとんが休みの時とか混みすぎて入れない時に選択肢としてあり。 Visit after a long absence. K	Keisuke Matsuhara on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 東急旗の台駅から徒歩1分の好立地にあるラーメン屋。コロナ禍のご時世を鑑み、店舗スタッフの方が常にしっかりと清掃・消毒を行っているのが、ありがたいです。ラーメンは、外のメニューにも書いてあるように、あぶら、にんにく、麺の太さ、茹で具合について調整ができます。お店の方のおすすめは中太麺だそうで。定番の紫龍ラーメンは、脂身多めのしっとり不厚めなチャーシュー、シャキシャキのネギ、ほうれん草、焼海苔がトッピングされたお約束の構成。自分はにんにく多めで注文したのですが、砕いたにんにくがたっぷり入っており、香りも含めて大満足です。スープはあぶら感が多めの円やかな味わい。卓上に特製黒酢と特製山椒黒胡麻が用意されていますが、黒酢を入れると、はっきりと味わいが変わります。自分は入れない方がより美味しく感じられました。基本の紫龍ラーメンが700円と安価な値付けながら、とても美味しく満足できるラーメンでした。オススメです！ A ramen shop in a good location, a 1-minute walk from Tokyu Hatanodai Station.
