(この方だけなのかも知れません)
事情があり、即日決定できないので気になる物件の見学と初期費用だけ確認させて欲しいと事前に伝えた上で案内していただきました。
案内自体は丁寧だったのですが、その即日決定できない事情について、「〇〇して解決できないんですか?」「明日には状況解決してますか?」のような発言が複数回ありました。
別の方に決まってしまう可能性を心配をしてくださっていたのかと思いますが、正直強引さ(今日には契約させたい)を感じずにはいられませんでした。
私の主観もあることと、その方だけそういうタイプというだけの可能性もあるかとは思うのですが、良い気持ちにはなれなかったです。

I think he was worried about the possibility of being decided by another person, but I couldn't help feeling honestly forcible (I want to make a contract today).
I think there is my subjectivity and there is a possibility that only that person is that type, but I didn't feel good.

家賃発生日をギリギリまで延ばしていただけたので助かりました。ありがとうございました。
また、引越しや、電気ガス、ネット等の予約もあるので面倒な作業を一度にできるのは便利だと思いました。
ただ、初期費用にサポート費用が必須なのはいかがかと思います。
初めて上京した方などにはいいサポートかもしれませんが、すでに何度も引越し経験があるので、無用の経費としか思えませんでしたので星一つ減らしました。
