★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 濃厚鳥白湯をいただきました。
コクはあるのに、濃すぎず適度なあっさり具合でするするいけました。
麺もかん水麺で、むっちりとしており適度にスープが絡み非常に美味でした。
やや地元のお客さんが多くアウェー感がありましたが、おいしかったです！

担担麺をチョイスしました。
辛さ指定できるらしいけど、食券出すときに聞かれなかったので多分普通の辛さで提供されたと思う。
ていうか平日ランチタイムは半ライス無料なのに、それも聞かれなかったのはなんか「う〜ん」と思ってしまうのね。後客にも特に聞いてなかったし。
まぁ「半ライス下さい」って言ったら貰えたからいいんだけど…。
さてさて担担麺のお味の方ですが、王道担担麺とはひと味もふた味も違う。
シャバ系でスパイシーさを感じられるスープ。
花生醤と芝麻醤でコクがあるスープと謳っているけど、コクよりはあっさりとした味の広がりの方が強いタイプ。
痺れもまぁまぁあります。
麺は少し弱いかなぁ…。スープに合ってる合ってないじゃなくて、単純に麺がいまひとつ。
チャーシューはトロトロジューシーですごい美味しかったです。
それとこれはお店の問題なんだけど、煙草の壁や天井に染み付いた残り香みたいなもんが空調を通して店内全体に漂っていて、すっごい気になるレベルじゃないけどまぁまぁ気になる。

I chose dandan noodles.
It seems that you can specify the spiciness, but I wasn't asked when you issued the meal ticket, so I think it was served with normal spiciness.
I mean, half-rice is free at lunchtime on weekdays, but I think it's something that wasn't asked. I didn't even ask the back customers.
Well, I'm glad I got it when I said "Please give me half rice" ...
By the way, the taste of dandan noodles is different from that of the royal road dandan noodles.
A soup that is shabby and spicy.
It is touted as a rich soup with peanut butter and tahini, but the type has a stronger spread of light taste than richness.
There is also numbness.
I wonder if the noodles are a little weak ... It's not that it goes well with the soup, it's just that the noodles aren't good enough.
The char siu was juicy and delicious.
Also, this is a problem of the store, but the residual scent that has permeated the walls and ceiling of the cigarettes is floating throughout the store through the air conditioning, so it's not a level that really bothers me, but it's okay.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ▼こだわりの信州みそを使っている味噌を食べてみました。味噌の香りや味がストレートに伝わるラーメンでした。
▼麺はそこまで個性的ではないですが、だからといってこのラーメンに合わない、なんてことはありません。バランス良い、ということだと思います。
▼ネギをトッピングしたんですが、もう一声、多めに欲しかった(T . T) 有料トッピングですからね。
▼お店は綺麗で清潔。ただ、もう少し店員さんに元気が欲しかったです。
▼ I tried miso using the special Shinshu miso. It was a ramen that conveys the aroma and taste of miso straight.
▼ Noodles are not so unique, but that doesn't mean they don't go well with this ramen. I think it's well-balanced.
▼ I used toppings with green onions, but I wanted another voice, more (T. T) because it is a paid topping.

なかなか美味しかったですが、個人的にはもう少し花椒が効いててもいいかな？と思いました。追加できるようにテーブルに用意してくれると嬉しいです。
22:30くらいなのに週末でなのか、混んでましたが、テキパキと対応いただき、遅くて待たされる印象はありませんでした。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問。塩系や味噌、担々麺もあるけど食べログの口コミ見たら鶏白湯頼んでる人が多いみたいだから鶏白湯を食す。いい意味でお上品。悪い意味で濃厚ではなくあっさり。味噌が美味いらしいので次回に期待。
12月某日の夜11時ごろに再訪。
吟醸味噌ラーメンをいただく。
味噌ラーメンもお上品な味だがパンチがないかな。女性にオススメしたいラーメン屋さんかな。
First visit. There are salt-based, miso, and dandan noodles, but when you look at the tabelog reviews, it seems that many people are asking for chicken plain hot water, so I eat chicken plain hot water. Elegant in a good way. In a bad way, it's not rich but light. Miso seems to be delicious so I'm looking forward to it next time.

Have Ginjo Miso Ramen.
Miso ramen also has an elegant taste, but I wonder if there is a punch. I think it's a ramen shop that I would like to recommend to women.

綺麗なトッピングでサーブされ、スープも濃厚でくどさはなし。麺との絡みもまずまず。値段を考えると、美味しいがどこか心を掴みにくる何かが弱い印象でした。
