★ ★ ★ ★ ★ アパートを借りていました。入居時には知らされていなかったのですが、冬になると床から水が出る部屋でした（湿気？）。本や服などカビだらけになり、かなり捨てる事になりました。退去の時その事を話したのですが「今までの入居者で、あなた以外はそんな事言っている人は一人もいなかった」と言われ、そして、退去の立ち合いはしたくない、あなたが部屋を出たあと自分たちだけで見に行く、部屋の鍵は郵便で送れと言われ、まるで最初から知っていたかのような素振りでした。あと、敷金の返金にネット銀行を指定しようとしたら「なんですかその銀行！うちはそういう変な銀行に振り込まない！」と言われ、都市銀行を書かされました。失礼です、というかネット銀行に対して失礼です。
