★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 舞茸の天ぷら、お酒、へぎそばをいただきました～。期待したより、量が多く、つゆも辛くない。途中下車したかいがありました。
 I had tempura of Maitake mushrooms, sake, and hegi soba noodles. The amount is larger than expected and the soup is not spicy. There was a need to get off on the way.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 2021.3.28 苗場の帰りに訪問。へぎ蕎麦と海草うどん、出汁巻き卵、髭にんにくの天ぷらをオーダー。
蕎麦とうどんはハーフハーフにしてもらった。布海苔の味がなんともいい感じで、のど越しがとてつもなく良い。
出汁巻き卵は餡も含め、さすが蕎麦屋と言わんばかりの美味、出汁が効いている。髭にんにくの天ぷらは初であったが最高。
わざわざ十日町まで食べに行きたい味。
2021.3.28 Visited on the way back from Naeba. I ordered hegi soba noodles, seaweed udon noodles, omelet rolls, and beard garlic tempura.
I had soba and udon half-half. The taste of cloth seaweed is very nice, and the throat is extremely good.
The soup stock, including the bean paste, has a delicious soup stock that is almost like a soba restaurant. The beard garlic tempura was the first but the best.
The taste you want to go to Tokamachi to eat.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 十日町駅前のへぎそばか有名なそば店。風情ある店舗でそばはもちろんであるが天ぷらも美味しい。商店街にあるので駐車場があるのか心配であったが広い駐車場があり一安心。
Hegi soba noodles in front of Tokamachi station or a famous soba shop. Not only soba but also tempura is delicious at this tasteful store. I was worried if there was a parking lot because it was in the shopping district, but I was relieved that there was a large parking lot.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ ここのへぎそばは天下一品です。20年前になるかな。新潟に6年間住んでいた頃、十日町市を訪れた時は、欠かさずへぎそばを食べていました。
今日は、奥只見湖の紅葉を見てきました。遊覧船に乗って湖から見る紅葉?は素晴らしいです。
Hegi soba noodles here are one of the best in the world. I wonder if it will be 20 years ago. When I visited Tokamachi City when I lived in Niigata for 6 years, I always ate Hegi soba noodles.
Today, I saw the autumn leaves of Lake Oku-tadami. The autumn leaves ? seen from the lake on a pleasure boat are wonderful.

と言うことで、そばのセットを頂きました。そばは大満足！。おにぎりも美味しいのですが、ちょっとご飯が柔らかかった。このへんは好みの問題ですかね。

天ぷらは上、舞茸、ひげにんにくを食べましたがどれも美味しかったです。
店員さんの対応も良く、また来たいと思います。
