★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 5月の土曜日12:40 訪問。先客さん1組。建物がおそらく築100年以上の古民家で梁など見ごたえがあります、女将さんに訪ねましたが「ダムで水没する前に譲り受けて移築した」とのことで古さは不明。蕎麦は実際に石臼でぐるぐる引いています。とろろそば1250円は風味には満足ですがもう少しボリュームがほしい。コスパはあまり良くありません。でもハートが出るとなんだか嬉しいもんです。

I visited the landlady, but it was "old and rebuilt before it was submerged in the dam", so the age is unknown. The buckwheat noodles are actually pulled around with a stone mill. ハート型のお蕎麦が入ってます。
神社のそばなので仕方ないかもしれませんが、価格設定がちょっと高いかもなぁ。
今はスーパーのお蕎麦も美味しいしね。
写真は天ざる 1800円。
キツネでも1000円超えますので。
新蕎麦の時期はいいようですので、季節によるかもしれませんね。

自分が訪れた時期は新蕎麦が出た時期だったので、香りも良くパサついた感じなどもなくヌルヌル感もなかったので日によって違うのかと？（それはそれで問題なのですが）
改めて写真を見たら確かにざるの部分はプラスティックでしたね。（これはちょっといただけませんねと言いつつ気づかなかった自分が一番いただけないと）
でも普通にいただけました。

蕎麦は ご主人が手打ちしています。
粉山椒をかけていただく 暖かい イノシシそば は 和のテイスト でありながら 台湾の牛肉面的な 深みのある味わいで おすすめです！
手打ちの蕎麦は とてもおいしく 茹で加減も最高。 蕎麦のコシを楽しみたいのであれば ざるそばがおすすめです。
ご主人の人間性が非常に素晴らしく まるで優しい親戚のおじさんにあったような ほっこりとした気分にさせてくれます。
「観光地の蕎麦屋に名店なし」 の セオリーを打ち砕く 地元の名店です 。
お参りに行った際には ぜひ立ち寄っていただきたいです。

天ぷらの量は少なめでした。
色々なお蕎麦やさんで食べてきましたが、十割蕎麦ではここが１番美味しかったです。蕎麦も美味しかったですがつゆも好みの味でした。味にうるさい連れがここのお蕎麦はまた食べたいと言ってます。
縁結びの神社の横にあるという事で、店内にはハートがいっぱい。ハートに型抜きされたお蕎麦も入っててちょっと幸せな気分になりました。
