★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Amazing location with poor maintenance and upkeep. Located at the top of a mountain with great views, and just a short walk from the Shogunzuka temple, this could be a really great park if they did more to maintain it. It's just a messy grassy field with weeds and rocks. Adjacent to the parking lot next to the park is a lookout from which you can see west Kyoto. Amazing sunsets from there.
