★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fun shrine to visit right within Kiyomizedera temple. This place is famous for “relationship / love life”. A few things to look out for
1. Love stones - there are two stones within this small shrine. The belief is that if you walk from one to another with your eyes closed, your wish will come true.
2. The 2am-visit tree - there is a big tree at which ladies in the old day come and do a voodoo-like ritual to curse their enemies. You can still see the nail holes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jishu shrine is a beautiful shrine, where you can try your luck at a blindfolded walk between two rocks. If you succeed, legend has it you'll find everlasting love, stewarded by Okuninushi-no-mikoto!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Jishu Shrine is a shinto shrine inside Kyomizu temple.
It's the shrine that represents love, you can buy okimujis that tell if you'll have a good luck in finding your soul mate in that year.
You can find a lot of rabbits decorating the place, because a rabbit was the assistant if the god of love.
