h	hiroyuki nakayama (のんびりexpress) on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 過去、家系ラーメンのお店で酷いめにあったことが無かったため、家系ラーメンにハズレ無しと思い込んでいました。しかし、家系ラーメンをうたうお店でも、ハズレがあることを知りました。幻想に過ぎないことが分かったという意味で、いい経験でした。まあいずれにせよ、自分がこの店をリピートすることは無いですね。 In the past, I had never been terrible at an Iekei ramen shop, so I assumed that Iekei ramen wouldn't be lost. S	Shohei Yokoyama on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 家系発祥の地に住んでいて、首都圏近郊ではもちろん、出張の度に各地の家系ラーメンを食べていますが、こんなに家系に似てない似非家系ラーメンはなかなかお目にかかったことがありません。もちろん味は好みの問題だろうけど、岡山の人にこれが家系だと思われてしまうのは非常に悲しい。本物の家系を味わいたければ、ぜひ、高松の高松家に行ってみてください。吉村家免許皆伝の直系で、昔ながらの家系ラーメンが食べられます。ほうれん草の量といいビジュアルも貧相だけど、味は油ギッシュかつ塩分過多で最後までスープを飲めたもんじゃない。食べてる間に、なんかスープに膜が張るし、なんじゃこりゃ。麺も全然違う。普通のラーメンでこの感想なので、濃厚の方は、間違って塩の瓶をスープに落としたんじゃないかというぐらいの塩辛さ。びっくりした。 I live in the birthplace of my family, and of course I eat ramen from all over the world on business trips in the suburbs of the Tokyo metropolitan area, but I have never seen a similar non-family ramen that does not look like this.
