古	古庄屋 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ こびきさん３年ぶりで2度目です。前回はランチタイムだったので30分の行列でしたが､今回は夜なので直ぐに入れました。店内はいつも綺麗にされていて店主さん今日もお一人でストイックにラーメンを作ってます。カウンター席10席のお店です。(コロナで減らしたのかな?) 古曳さんのお店なのでこびきさんなんですね。味玉煮干しラーメンとビールを戴きました。薬味は胡椒ではなく一味唐辛子を薦められました。美味しかったです。お店がそんなに忙しくなかったので古曳さんとお話ができました。開店以来8年お一人で頑張ってらっしゃるそうです。もうくたくたで倒れる寸前だそうです。ずっと行列しているお店を一人でやるのは大変ですよね。ラーメン店で岡山で唯一 MICHELINのビブグルマンを獲得されたお店です。お身体に気をつけて頑張ってください！ Kobiki-san This is the second time in three years. The shop wasn't so busy so I was able to talk to Mr. Kobiki. It seems that he has been working alone for eight years since the store opened. It seems that he is about to collapse because he is exhausted. It's hard to run a shop that is always in line, isn't it? It is the only ramen shop in Okayama that has won MICHELIN's Bib Gourmand. た	たなかひでとし on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 煮干しラーメン食べたけど、正直美味くねえ。不味いとは言わないけど、パンチがなさすぎ。麺はのびきってるし、煮干しの風味も控えめ過ぎて、店主から漂ってくる香水？のような匂いでかき消されてしまう。大盛り頼んだけど全部食べ切るのに少し頑張りが必要だった。加水率高い上に茹で時間も長く、麺あげてから提供するまでも時間かかるから、水分でボリューミーになってる。けっこう待たされたので期待してしまったが残念。今度は味噌を頼んでみよう。普通盛りで。麺かためとか頼めるんかな？ I ate dried sardines, but honestly it's not delicious. 次	次鋒うー on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 大将の接客の様に優しい味噌かと思いきや結構辛めなハードな味噌。そんで大体味噌ラーメンのコーンは抜いてもらうけど言い忘れて入ったの食べたら美味かった。くるりとは真逆の味噌でなるほど皆うまい言うわな。 I think it's a kind miso like the general customer service, but it's a rather spicy hard miso. I asked them to pull out the miso ramen corn, but I forgot to say it and it was delicious. The miso, which is the exact opposite of Quruli, is so good that everyone says it.
S	S S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 平日の13時半頃、伺いました。並んではいなかったですが、ラーメンが出てくるまで結構待ちました。まず食券を買うのですが、「男性のみ麺の大盛りが並と同価格」と書かれていて、私は女性ですが、そういう差別的な書き方はどうかなと思いました。 1番嫌なのが、前のお客さんの食べたものを片付ける前に席に通されることです?前の方が帰られたら、その直後に案内されます。狭いカウンターで、自分の目の前に15分〜20分程ずっと汚れたペーパーや箸、他の方が食べたものが置かれていて、もちろん匂いもするし、すごく嫌でした。食べた物を下げて、綺麗に片付けてから次のお客さんを通すべきかと思います。他の店でもそれは当たり前のことのようにされていると思います。特に今のコロナ禍で、アルコールで拭いたりそういったこともないので心配になりました。あと見えるとこにアースジェット？を置いてるのもどうかなと思いました。ラーメン自体は、濃厚味噌となってますが、そこまで濃いこともなくとても美味しいです☺️ただお1人でされていてとにかく時間がかかるので、麺ものびていて柔らかいです。味は美味しいのですが、衛生面などが気になるので来店を考えてしまいます。 I visited around 13:30 on weekdays. キ	キミ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 初訪問で煮干しそばではなく濃厚味噌のあじたまをオーダー。スープは見た目程濃厚じゃなく、あっさりで飲みやすいスープで大変美味しいです。残念なのは、好みかもしれませんがチャーシューが美味しくなかったです。メニューは煮干しそばと濃厚味噌の2種類で、普通盛りと大盛は同じ780円の潔さ。味玉は100円アップになります。他にもライスなどのサイドメニューはあります。券売機での購入になります。カウンター席のみなので土日は相当混みます。 At my first visit, I ordered a rich miso horse mackerel instead of dried soba noodles. s	seiryo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 何度も訪れている大好きなラーメン屋さんです。人気のお店で店内も席が限られているので開店と同時に行列が出来ます。煮干しラーメンと濃厚味噌ラーメンがありますが、個人的には煮干しラーメンの方が好きです。濃厚味噌ラーメンは濃厚という割にはあっさりしています。ラーメン好きの上司を案内した際にも満足されていました。大将がお一人でされているので大変忙しそうですが、優しく席に案内してくれます。ただ以前妻と訪れた際、食べるのがあまり早くなかった為、スープを飲んでいると退出を急かされた事もあります。限られた席しか無く回転率を上げたいのは理解出来ますが、食べるのが早くない方と味わって食べたい方は落ち着かないかもしれません。 This is my favorite ramen shop that I have visited many times.
