芦	芦田正博 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 岡山駅近くにあるラーメン屋さん。醤油豚骨が基本のようですが，ここでは「辛そば」をつい食べてしまいます。かなり辛いです。ただ今回は，スープがなぜかちょっと温くて，辛さが軽減されていました。→ラーメンは熱々がいいので，スープが温かったのは減点でした。【２０２２年３月２０日再訪】今回も同じく，辛そば（一番辛い５辛）を注文。今日もやはり，ちょっとぬるめな感じでした。またご飯もぬるく，パサついたところもありました。（下品ですがご飯はスープに投入して食べたので，結果としては大丈夫でしたが）多分アルバイトさんが調理されるのでしょうけど，手順とかを見直した方がいいかもと思ったりしました。味は悪くないので，ちょっと勿体ないですね。また無料でキムチを食べられる他，背脂・ニンニク・ラー油は無料トッピングとサービスはいいので，是非とも工夫をと思います。 A ramen shop near Okayama station. ア	アットマークすすむ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 定例打ち合わせを終えてランチに伺ったのは本町の「麺屋ブーブーモンスター」さん、通常時は夜営業オンリーですが岡山県の時短営業要請を受けられて昼営業をされています！ 12時頃の訪問で先客さん1名、鍵の字型カウンターの奥へ入ります。メニューはぶたそば（汁そば）とまぜそばに分かれるようですね！！注文は新登場の「カレーまぜそば（930円）」、待つこと10分少々で着丼、福神漬けの赤色・カレー粉と黄身の黄色が目立つビジュアルです。しっかり混ぜて頂きましょう、麺は太麺で加水率高め、プルプル食感が良いですね。油とカレー粉が混ざって食欲を掻き立てる味わい、香ばしいフライドオニオンとシャキシャキ食感の福神漬けが味のアクセントになっていました(^^) キムチの無料サービスも有り、まぜそばの味変にも使えました！。食欲減退気味の盛夏でもガッツリ頂けるカレーまぜそばでした！！ After the regular meeting, I visited Honmachi's "Menya BooBoo Monster" for lunch.
