炙りしたチャーシューもとても美味しかったです。

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ お店はラーメン屋というよりは小洒落たカウンターの居酒屋な雰囲気、他の方が書かれてるように女性でも入りやすい感じです。
私は魚介つけ麺とチャーシュー丼のセット頂きました。
魚介つけ麺のスープは出汁とスープのバランスが良かったです。
麺もモチモチの平太麺でスープによく絡みます。
チャーシュー丼についてるワサビが良いアクセントになっていて美味しかった。
個人的にはチャーシュー丼を1/3残してつけ麺のスープに割りスープを入れて少しスープを飲んだ後にチャーシュー丼に残りのスープを入れて雑炊にして食べたらワサビのアクセントと相まってとても美味しかったです。

The seafood tsukemen soup had a good balance between the soup stock and the soup.
The noodles are also chewy flat noodles that are often entwined with the soup.
The wasabi on the char siu bowl was a nice accent and it was delicious.
Personally, I left 1/3 of the char siu bowl, put the split soup in the tsukemen soup, drank a little soup, then put the rest of the soup in the char siu bowl and porridge, and it was very delicious with wasabi accents ..

濃厚な鶏ガラの甘さが際立つ
家系のカラメに舌慣れた人からすると
もはや甘すぎる？くらいに感じます！
個人的には卓上にある豆板醤を少し加えることで
キレが出てちょうどよかったです
チャーシュー丼は炙りチャーシューと
ワサビの組み合わせが美味！
このままお茶漬けで食べたい〜
スープの味から想像するに
牡蠣ラーメンとか生姜ラーメンのほうが
自分の好みに合いそうなので
また利用したいと思います

I had a set of oyster ramen and mini char siu bowl. I drank it with a soup with a wonderful flavor of oyster soup and seaweed. It was delicious. The char siu bowl is also a nice accent of wasabi.

肝心の料理は、まずチャーシュー丼がとても美味しい。これはミニチャーシュー丼でなくて、大きいのを頼めばよかった！一度食べてみてください。
鳥ラーメンも絶品でした。とても優しい味。なんか、ラーメン食べたあとなのに、さっぱりとした気分になります。ココ最近で✨一番✨のラーメンでした！?

カウンターが10席程度の小さなお店です。
こちらなんと焼きそばもあります！
味玉やチャーシューに海苔などがのっておりさらにスープもセットで850円！とても美味しいです！
ラーメンやつけ麺も海苔がたくさんのっていて海苔好きには嬉しいです笑
またチャーシュー丼はわさびが付いていてさっぱり楽しめます♪
