★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 店の人と家の話をしていたら 突然「普通ではない」と声がしました。その声の方を見ると奥から終始 観察していたであろう超後期高齢者がいて般若見たいな顔で僕を睨み付けていました。僕は尊厳を害し帰りましたが未だに意味が分かりません。後から考えて１つだけ分かった事は僕の何処を異常と感じたかは分かりませんが それを口に出して本人に言った事が普通ではない と思いました。
When I was talking about the store and the house, I suddenly said, “It ’s not normal.” Looking at that voice, there was a very elderly person who would have been observing from the back. I went home with my dignity, but I still don't know what it means. I don't know where I felt abnormal when I thought about one thing later, but I thought it was unusual to say it to the person.

しかしわざわざ口コミを書いておこうと思ったくらい、親切で丁寧な対応を最初から最後までして頂けました。
昨今、不動産屋という仲介業の存在意義を疑問に思っていましたが、結局のところ、「信用」で仕事は成り立つと思います。
信用できる不動産屋さんでした。

Recently, I was wondering about the existence of a real estate agency as an intermediary business, but I think that, after all, "credit" will do the job.
It was a real estate agent that I could trust.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 女性専用のシェアハウスであるにも関わらず、そうでない人を入居させられました。事前確認も無く急に入れられ、夜中に怖い思いをし、身の危険を感じたので直ぐにその家を退去しました。
その後丸正さんに相談しても、家主さんの言い分だけ聞き住人の意見を全く聞いてくれず、謝罪も無く誠実に対応していただけませんでした。
私の退去後の部屋の写真を、家主さんから送られて来たのも本当に気持ち悪かったです！
ここに書こうか迷いましたが、これ以上被害に遭われる方が出ないよう情報を共有させて頂きます。
住居を選ばれる際にはその家が安全なのか、業者に誠意があるのかを、よく考えてから契約を結んだ方が良いと思います。
Even though it is a female-only share house, we were able to move in people who did not. I was suddenly put in without prior confirmation, and I felt scared in the middle of the night and felt dangerous, so I immediately left the house.
After that, even when I consulted with Mr. Marumasa, he listened only to what the landlord said and did not listen to the residents' opinions at all, and he did not apologize and did not respond in good faith.
It was really unpleasant to receive a photo of my room after moving out from the landlord!
I was wondering if I should write it here, but I will share the information so that no one will suffer any more damage.
When choosing a place to live, you should think carefully about whether the house is safe and whether the contractor is in good faith before signing a contract.
